Really Good experience. They were very nice.

I visited the clinic few months ago, in the early start of my pregnancy (week 6+) for an urgent scanning. They were very helpful and accommodating and found a time slot for me within 2 hours. The sonograph was very nice and explaining everything she sees. All went well, and I am looking forward to my next visit there. Highly recommend!

I was in lilleliv on Lyngby everything was perfect and on time Nadia was very sweet. She was professional, I get all information which I needed. I bought package for 3 scan so I will back for sure but also I will make extra scan 3D. I can recommend because price and quality is fantastic.

Bad experience in their Copenhagen-based clinic. I was 11+3 but the sonographer did not find anything at the external scan, then scanned internally and found an underdeveloped fetus. He was not capable of delivering a clear message to me including that he had not found a heartbeat but could just keep saying over and over again that is was underdeveloped. The missing heartbeat was something I had to hear from my midwife whom I called the day after the scan, because he did not communicate with us. We left from the clinic not knowing how bad these news were.
Earlier in the session the same day, the sonographer searched for my name on the shared big screen and in the scroll down of names, I could see one of my colleague’s name appear as one of their customers. Clearly breaching GDPR and all our expectations for professionalism. I had to probe him to offer me a discount on the price (since we only had part of the scan), while I was still digesting the news of my potential miscarriage.
When writing a complaint to the clinic a while after, with all the points above, the so-called Dr. Tri was being arrogant and insensitive in his reply, as he clearly could not see why my experience had been that bad and was not addressing the matter of the sonographer. He did not take responsibility for the fact that he is hiring incompetent staff that is not able to deliver clear and unambiguous messages to paying customers in a life changing moment! When I wrote him that I cannot recommend the clinic and I will not come back (since he had refused to compensate us for our bad experience) he replied “good luck with that”. Don’t go there.

We have been for the gender scanning. All went very good! First checked baby’s weight, measurements etc. In the end he told us baby’s gender :)

Just lovely. The sonographist was professional and kind. It was the best one we had in Denmark so far. Strongly recommended 😊

I got my first 3d scanning for my 2nd child back in 2019. The 3d scanning is quite realistic to how the baby looks like when they are born. I loved my experience and this year 2022, am back again to get a 3d scanning on my 3rd baby. The staff are really friendly and make you, feel comfortable.

Had our first scan at the clinic in Copenhagen and it was amazing! Real good service, we are english speakers and Jeppe did the scan and we had an unbelievable experience. He was soft and calm and answered all our doubts and questions.

Very poor experience. Arrogant and inconsistent communication. No internal coordination between the staff. I was supposed to get an early scan to feel more secure, but never have I felt more confused and insecure. I would never recommend this place to anyone

I have been to lilleliv lyngby for early pregnancy scan with 2 pregnancies and had an awful experience both times. Never going back.
I webt in there expecting to be 9 weeks along, but aware that i could be behind due to my long cycle.
I was scanned by a new employee, probably her first who kept poking the probe and couldnt find anything. There was a so called supervisor but he didnt really bother to take over.
So they measured the CRL only once (should tske multiple measuremrnrs and use average) and concluded that in only 7+0 weeks. Then they found the heartbeat to be 127 which was on the "lower side" according to them. Ok, then he said at least 10 times, that he will make a note to my GP that the growth is slow and worrying and that u should be referred to a obstretician! I should call my GP and inquire! Kept saying this over and over agsin do thst point i wanted to shout "shut up"
First of sll, he did not take measurements properly. Second of all, these measurements could be off by +/-5 days or so, which he did not mention at all. Third, there was no need to be do overly concerned about heartbeat because it is still normal. There was not even slight reassurance . Could have been sonething lije "seems like the geststionsl age is a but less than expected- could be due to different reasons, including slight errors in measurement. The accuracy can be off by 5 days or so (or whatrver the number is. If you are concerned or would like to follow up, you could consider anoter scan in a week or two". There is abdolutely no need to give so much stress to someone without exolsining the whole situation@
AND THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY HAD SAID with my first pregnancy!!! After 2 weeks i had gone to another scanning clinic, where everything looked as expected and i later gave birth to a healthy child. But i spent those 2 weeks being extremely worried and unable to function normally.
THEIR BUSINESS STRATEGY
They deliberately measure wrong(less) to make you concerned. They show their concern by saying they will inform the GP. They know that GP will not think its a big deal and will ask yo wait until the public scan. But the patient will obviously be concerned and go back to their clinic for more scans and they will refer them to their own gyanaecologist (owner)!!
MY TAKE
Im never going to this clinic again. They are very business minded. Better to psy 100 kr more and go to the many other scanning clinics with better staff and business ethics.

Professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend to others for their scans
