Material and sizing not what I expected. Old school cotton polo. …wanted fitness polo. These shrink also.

Shirts Look great! The Carhart ones I thought would be more of work shirt is super thin. Once again they look great just not sure how long they will last due to the thickness of them.

Last minute need and I recieved my order on time.

I was disappointed I couldn’t order on line since it wouldn’t accept any size selection. I had to call, but the person I talked to was amazing and helpful - got it done. Then I rec’d the invoice but it had no way for me to pay. I had to call again and they rebilled with the correct button to allow payment. Again, the person was very helpful, but not feeling good about being able to buy from your site.

Fast, courteous service, great pricing and highest quality imaginable. I’m a very small customer and they treat me like I order hundreds of caps every month! Second to none.

The clothes for women run very large, but good quality. I got the long pocket cardigan and the name placement is not ideal, it sits at my armpit, rather than on my chest where my name tag would normally be, which was the reason for the name add on. You can’t return/exchange anything, personalized or not.

Ordering was very easy. Great communication from the staff. They were very accommodating when I needed to change my order. Stitching looks great based on the logo that I submitted.

Prices were good. The website worked okay on mobile, until I couldn't find a direct link to my shopping cart after leaving the page to do more shopping. To get back to the cart to checkout, I had to add another item to the cart and then delete the additional item. Embroidery colors were great, but the stitching looked sloppy compared to previous shirts from another company. The stitch length needs to be shortened to fill in the lines better, with some areas looking like a literal zigzag. The stitch width was inconsistent, making the width of the lettering look a bit haphazard. The polo shirt fabric turned out better than the t-shirt fabric, so maybe they just need to use a better stabilizer on the back? The shirts are useable, since clients probably won't be inspecting the embroidery up close, but I unfortunately probably won't order from here again. I like supporting small businesses and giving good reviews, but I also wanted to be honest.

What a fantastic company! I had a very last minute order that no other vendor could do in time. I gave them a shot and was thrilled by how professional they were. The stayed on top of the process and quickly answered all my questions. The order arrived on time and the quality of the shirts was excellent. I will absolutely do business with them again and will recommend them to others as well.

This is my second order. I've been happy with both. Things arrived timely (early), the quality of embroidery is very good, and great service too, as they answered a message in my initial order to help me get an item I wanted that I could not find on the website or extended catalog. Happy with my experiences!

They continue to impress. This is the second time we've used them to get our crew decked out in nice shirts. They embroider the whole thing. It looks like a print job it is so well done but it is completely embroidered emblems. We've been very happy with the extensive selection as well as the interaction with staff.

As always, Logo shirts direct saves the day. They are highly responsive and proactive. I chose a color too close to our logo color and they flagged it and sent me options to choose from. I highly recommend!!
