I have received a wrong item than what I ordered, and for more than 3 weeks now, I have been trying to get in touch with customer service. Despite many attempts at both email and phone during their, otherwise short telephone opening hours, there is no contact.

Customer support is severely lacking! Despite reaching out via email, chat, and phone over the span of two weeks, I received NO response whatsoever. Even after returning my order (confirmed by tracking), I haven't received any confirmation or refund.

It can be hard to fint the right size.
It costs 45,- to use the returnlabel and this amount will be deducted from the amount you will get back.
If you did not use the returnlabel and there has been a mistake you are always welcome to contact our Customer Service
