Excellent support team however pointless when you're provided with a telephone number that half of all websites including bank and car insurance are calling invalid, for this reason I highly reccomend not going with Mobile Vikings and finding a provider that provides a number that actually works!
I've been waiting for my internet installation for three months now. Four visits from different installers, each time we've heard about a different problem delaying the installation. No contact, no information. We've contacted support seven times for any information. Still no concrete information. We've been using Viking Mobile for over two years and have had good experiences. However, unsuccessful attempts to connect to the internet have been a complete DISASTER
Had a problem, but Vikint Lesley quickly helped me resolve my problem, im so gratefull.

They should really drop prices if they keep saying that it is a cheap provider, upload speeds pretty slow compared to average Dutch internet providers. Its insane that they talk about this like they discovered the wheel

I have resigned from the internet within 14 days from the purchase in line with EU regulations AND instructions from the Mobile Vikings website. I have sent back the router within the deadline.
However, Mobile Viking’s did not acknowledge my revocation of the purchase and charged me for a full month of the service. Multiple talks with the chstomer support followed: empty promises that they will adjust the invoice followed by just closing the tickets. It’s impossible to reach the customer support, no phone only chat bots and emails located who knows where.be aware should you choose this service.
I do not recommend the company who does not follow the EU regulations or even they written rules!!’

Customer Service is bad. It has been 3 weeks I am trying to get the PUK code and i have been their customer for 10years. It looks like there is no even ticket follow up, every time I send email I need to reexplain the problem and share my phone number. For 2026 we are at, this is very dissapointing.

I had a very big hope for this company may provide good service when i read all nice comments but it was started with a total disappointment. I have changed my home internet from proximus to Viking but they could not activate my internet. Already 5 hours passed just a simple activation signal needed, normally they promissed max 1 hour. I am not a child so i can survive without an internet but my work as data analysis i can not do it without an internet. Sorry guys but one star well deserved!
