The price-quality ratio is amazing!
I recently ordered a set from Moonhaven and I’m honestly really pleasantly surprised. The quality is great, at least as good as my sets from Intimissimi or Victoria’s Secret, but for a much better price.
They have so many beautiful sets and colors to choose from. Something that’s really important to me is that everything still looks good after washing, and this definitely does. The color doesn’t fade and the set keeps its shape.
It’s comfortable, feels luxurious, and just looks really nice. For this price, I honestly didn’t expect it to be this good. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I don’t have any personal experience with Moonhaven myself, but I bought a beautiful set for my girlfriend. She’s really happy with it and the quality is great. It has already been through the wash twice and the quality is still the same. So yes, this is definitely a great gift to give your girlfriend.

Very very bad experience
My experience with Moonheaven has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. I placed my order on December 23rd, and it was only delivered on January 29th—after writing to customer service more than four times with little to no clear response.
The brand claims to be based in the Netherlands, yet the contact details point to a Bosnian address, and the entire order was shipped from China (while misleadingly indicating Turkey as the origin). The tracking number never worked at any point, making it impossible to monitor the shipment.
As for the products themselves, the quality is very poor and does not match what is advertised online. The materials feel cheap and plastic-like, the sizing is inaccurate, and the colors differ significantly from the photos.
It also became evident that the models used on the website are generated by artificial intelligence, which further confirms how misleading the brand’s presentation is. Overall, the experience feels completely fake—from the branding to the product quality and logistics.
I would strongly advise against purchasing from Moonheaven.

Horrible product quality and return process
The product description on the website does not mention the material. The pajama set that I ordered for €47.95 (on sale) was made of 90% polyester and 10% elastane, which essentially feels like sleeping in a plastic bag and is of horrible quality.
The product was shipped to Germany and had to be returned to the Netherlands. The refund did not cover the return shipping costs, which in my case alone were enough to buy a simple cotton pajama set on the local market.
Never again.

Bad quality and inappropriate prices
I totally don't suggest "Moonhaven". First of all, the delivery employ very long time (like a month), but the worst thing Is that they define themselves as a Duthc based Company, when actually all the procducts are made and sold directly from China. In fact the quality of the fabrics Is really terribile, they have a chemical, almost plastic-like smell and are completely synthetic.
The prices are completely inappropriate for the type of product (€60.70 for a pair of summer pajamas or a nightgown that you could find identical for €5-10 on Shein).
Terrible experience, higlhy not recommend!
