Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. After a one time purchase they have tried to take additional funds from my account under other company name SP Lymphoria and SP try Lymphoria. Looking like a subscription even though when ordering no subscription was clicked and they send through an email offering 20% off when RE-ORDERING. Reported to bank and comoanies now blocked and had to delete my digital card from wallet as well as have a new card. Disgusting and the products themselves are complete garbish/rubbish

Scam.

Scam.
When you purchase you will be surprised to find out you are now in a weekly subscription for more than what you paid for the first bottle. After 10 emails to cancel, they still haven’t and I’ve had to cancel my card.
I won’t trust the product, shouldnt have to scam people it should speak for itself. How they haven’t been shut down is crazy.

Nature sunrise's Customer sevice is non existent

Nature sunrise's Customer sevice is non existent & SCAM company, Avoid buying nature sunrise products online they will charge monthly after single purchase & avoid your email communication to cancel or refund, complete scam setup.
re the LYMPHOMIC DRAINAGE Product ITS NOT EFFECTIVE, must be very low dose ingredients as no measure amounts noted. Scammer co. Caution using pop up advertisements, if possible use eBay for some safety online. Most products end up there.

BEWARE: HIDDEN SUBSCRIPTION

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Nature’s Sunrise (now Lymphoria) regarding their purchasing and subscription process. When buying their product, I didn’t realise they automatically enroll customers in a subscription service. It's not at all obvious, and I ended up being charged for an auto-repeat refill without my explicit consent.

After receiving a confirmation order email, I tried to cancel the subscription. However, the process is far from straightforward. There's no obvious way to cancel through the order view. Instead, their website's cancellation policy is vague at best, with mention of being able to cancel by clicking a link in your purchase confirmation email. However, upon inspection, there’s no clear link indicating "cancel your subscription" or anything remotely similar.

To anyone considering trying a product from Lymphoria, my advice is to look for the PRE TICKED subscription box during checkout to ensure it’s not selected if you don’t want to subscribe. If you find yourself unintentionally subscribed and wish to cancel, the only method I discovered is by navigating to the payments option (from the link in your purchasing email) and deleting your payment details (you do this by clicking on the picture of a payment card). A message then appears, warning that deleting payment information will cancel the subscription. This seems to be the only way to effectively end the subscription without a hassle.

Overall, the lack of transparency and the convoluted process to cancel the subscription with Lymphoria was highly frustrating. I hope they take steps to streamline and clarify their subscription management for a better customer experience.

Systemic failure and refusal of…

Systemic failure and refusal of liability – avoid NSP Poland for cross-border orders

Nature’s Sunshine Products Poland demonstrates a systemic failure in logistics and customer responsibility.

My order placed on October 24, 2025 was delivered only on December 1, 2025.
A 38-day delivery within the EU is unacceptable.

The courier (GLS) provided no SMS, no email, no delivery notice, while the tracking history contained false and misleading statuses. The parcel was effectively lost and retrieved only after my personal efforts.

Despite extensive correspondence, NSP Poland formally refused all of my requests, including:

any form of compensation,

acknowledgment of deficient delivery service,

commitment to change the unreliable courier for future shipments to Cyprus.

Their position was that “since the goods were eventually delivered, there is no issue”, completely disregarding the fact that under EU consumer law the seller is responsible for the delivery process and its quality, not just the final outcome.

I also provided documented evidence of similar delivery failures from the previous year, which was ignored.

As of now, a formal case is open with ECC Cyprus and ECC Poland.
If you value your time, transparency, and basic customer responsibility, I strongly advise considering alternative brands for cross-border orders.
While the product quality itself may be acceptable, the EU market today offers many competing brands with comparable quality standards.
With such poor logistics management and refusal to take responsibility, NSP Poland risks losing long-term customers who value reliability and transparency.

Scam going around misinformation

This company is Real! Unfortunately there is a scam website which is natures sunrise (not sunshine) and is pretending to be this company as I called the real company after being scammed from the fake one.
ADVICE: IF YOU WANT TO TRY THE PRODUCT BUY IT FROM AMAZON WHICH IS SAFER!!

Terrible product

Terrible product, they are selling bottles of sugar water. I APPARENTLY checked the box to be on a subscription, something I NEVER do with trying a new product for the first time, something. 1 month later I was charged for another 3 bottles of the product which I don’t want and of course there is nowhere on the website to cancel my ‘subscription’. I possibly need to cancel my bank card to make it stop. Total scam and very untrustworthy, shonky business. Assholes. Don’t even bother.

Thieves!!!

I ordered from this company. My order never arrived. After 20 odd complaint emails, they finally refunded me. Today, they have placed an order for me themselves and stolen money out of my bank account without either my knowledge or permission. Do not touch this company!!!

No confidence in product. No return.

Poor packaging. Flimsy plastic dented in post. No dropper. No ingredients list. No dosage directions. Therefore I have no confidence in the product. Advertisement says 30 day money back guarantee. I asked for a return but they said its in their policy anything sold at sale price ( which is why so many products are advertised at sale price) is not able to be returned.

I wouldn't recommend

Ordered last month said it was shipped out on the 15th, here it is the 3rd of October and it's not even close to my city. I will not ever do business with this company again and don't this company to others. TikTok is where I found the company...I will stick with buying products from Amazon from here on out. I don't even want the product at this point.
