NEC met and exceeded my expectations
National Extension College enrolled me on the Edexcel 'A' Level in Further Mathematics and I have generally been very happy with the service I have received, with the exception of the initial phonecall when the line connection was very poor. Poor website
The learning contents itself is good, but navigating the site i find hard. From signing in to actually getting to the content is all over the place. It should be a case that you click on the course you are doing and simply click resume, then it takes you straight back to where you left off. Currently I sign in, tgen click on a learn link, tgen another learn link, then a courses icon, then the course, then I have to find where I left off before. It's ridiculous.

I was cut off from my course without being informed
I tried to submit an assignment and found that my details had been removed so I could not access anything. After reporting this by email I was told that my registration had expired after a year and I needed to pay more to continue .
If this is the rule thats OK, but I wasn't aware of it when I enrolled, and would have appreciated an email informing me I was no longer registered. I did mention this when agreeing to pay, and an apology would have been nice, but was not forthcoming.

The website always glitches, u have to use a verification code every single time u want to login to check work. The verification code barely ever gets sent to u, so u end up stuck not being able to access work.
