Can’t fault the service I received at the dental clinic. The pick up and transfers made it very easy to get there. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. All spoke good English and explained everything to me with also giving me good reassurance with me being nervous. I’ve had just one implant on my front tooth and a temporary crown until I return in 3 months for my permanent crown. But honestly the whole procedure was painless and I’ve very happy with the temporary crown. Would definitely recommend this clinic

From start to finish, my experience with New Look Smile Antalya was absolutely fantastic. The airport transfers to the hotel were perfectly organised and stress-free. The hotel itself was excellent, with kind, friendly, and welcoming staff who made my stay very comfortable.
At the clinic, everything exceeded my expectations. The reception team were warm, professional, and always happy to help. The clinic is modern, spotless, and very well organised, which immediately gave me confidence.
The dental experience was truly reassuring. I felt no pain at any stage, and the dentist was extremely professional, helpful, and patient. They listened carefully and helped adapt my smile to suit me perfectly — the result is even better than I ever expected. All of the dental assistants were excellent, supportive, and encouraging, which gave me real confidence when smiling and speaking again.
This has been a completely pain-free journey, and I now have the smile I’ve always dreamed of. The entire team — from reception to assistants to the dentist — were positive, caring, and highly professional throughout.
I would 100% recommend New Look Smile Antalya to anyone considering achieving their dream smile. An outstanding clinic with outstanding results.

Very happy with my first visit, i’m not going lie i was so nervous as i’ve been scared of dentists my whole life. But they really looked after me and were so kind, thoughtful and reassuring. Really looking forward to going back for my second visit after my implants have healed. The hotel was so cute and they were very kind looking after us, also the VIP transfers wow.

I recently went to New Look Smile to get crowns for new teeth, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience.

I was extremely scared at first, but Fatma at the end of the phone was instantly reassuring and really helped calm my nerves from the start.

My dentist Göksu was absolutely amazing. She was so patient with me, spoke very good English, and I honestly don’t know how she put up with my moods and pickiness 😅 — but she did! She changed everything I asked for and made sure I was 100% happy before anything was final.

Edna was also very helpful and made sure I was okay before I left. I wasn’t happy at first, but they listened to me, made the changes, and now I can honestly say I’m in love with my new teeth.

Thank you to the whole team for your patience, kindness, and professionalism. I would definitely recommend New Look Smile to anyone who is nervous or considering dental work.

I recently came to antalya for my new smile I had my consultation done in Manchester which was amazing I then booked my flights and from there all the staff was amazing, constantly messaging me on WhatsApp making sure I was ok sending me all the info needed to know, new look smile have been amazing from start to finish and I couldn’t be more happier with my new smile

I went to new look smile because I had gum disease and needed my smile sorted out .I went there scared full anxiety and wanting to turn back go home .I bought a package where its hotel all your transfers from airport to hotel and hotel to dentist everyday .I arrived at new look smile and was introduced to fatma who was a lovely lady and was there for everyone with her lovely customer service to everybody .I also had English translater called eda who stayed with me always .when they said you have to have some teeth extracted I cried and was so sad but eda was good comfort to me .I did it and had implants and they did a professional job .yes I was bruised I was in pain but pain killers take that away. When went back to hotel fatma was texting me through out the night are you OK and any advice you need reach out.i have temp implants in now and it feels weird I won't lie.everybody says they look nice and they actually do .if you want nice smile with confidence and a place that will look afther you with good English go here .I've heard loads horror story's of turkey places other ones but none from new look smile .if you was 100% then go here .my advice no pain no gain 💪.

Just came back from my 7 day trip and I’m over the moon with my new smile. The team are amazing everything ran smoothly from the beginning to the end. If your looking for somewhere in turkey to have your teeth done I highly recommend these .

what a terrible service! gave the manager plenty of opportunity to put things right but incredibly he refused. website is wrong and out of date giving wrong address for offices and also web page got pricing wrong also, web pages and company description on here talks a good game but the customer service I received was awful. couldnt even get the basics right. so glad i had this experience right from the off before shelling out thousands of pounds on treatment as feel sure i have prevented making a very big mistake in going ahead with them. plenty of other alternative options out there rather than use this lot.

Had my teeth done 20 crowns £4000 after less that a month problems started pain and inflammation then abscess after months and months of complaining about the pain they finally let me go back to Turkey at my own cost to fix the problem they did an operation but that didn’t fix the problem now I’m being ignored no after care do not use!!!!
Going to cost £8000 to put right in uk.

Wow just wow!!
From the minute I arrived at Antalya airport, I was greeted by the chauffeur who taken my luggage from me and treated me like a queen from start to finish. I was dropped off at my hotel (Lilium boutique) and I had no words, the hotel was amazing, the service from the staff was 10/10. Each day the clinic would stay in contact via WhatsApp and reassure me about my appointments and pick up times each day, I was travelling in style to and from the clinic each day in VIP style.
the clinic was amazing, the staff was also amazing, I just want to thank FATMA, she was so so kind and welcoming! I was travelling alone and nervous but they made me feel so at ease through the whole process, I can not recommend this clinic enough! They are amazing staff and amazing service.
I suffer with a long term sickness illness which has highly affected my natural teeth and so I always wanted my dream smile, and wow they did that and more beyond my expectations! The final results are amazing. I’m so so happy again that I can finally smile with confidence and not been embarrassed about hiding my smile, this has been life changing for me, so thank you so the dental surgeon who did my work, thank you to ennis who supported me through it all and translated everything back to me from the dental surgeon, they was so lovely.
