My 522 gw was only 7 months old when it died !!
Eventually I got in touch with Nextbase, that’s when customer service sprang into action, I sent it back they couldn’t repair it so they sent me a new one within the week great job.Thank you

Very very helpful staff

Very very helpful staff. I took over a dash cam on a new car, and the staff were able to support me and get me up and running.
They were much better than the car dealership I purchased the vehicle from!

For a camera that’s meant to be “smart”…

For a camera that’s meant to be “smart” and premium, it’s just not reliable enough. The rear camera regularly disconnects, which completely defeats the point of having a dual-cam system. The live view hardly connects when you actually want to use it — even when you’re standing right next to the car. You end up spending more time trying to get it to work than actually trusting it to protect you. For something that costs this much, it should just work.

Installation Fitter Aaron arrived on time and Installed Dash Cam + Hardwire kit without any Fuss. Also Set Up Unit and explained functions. At This time had NOT Installed Rear View Camera due to possible Instrusion / Restriction of View through Rear Loadspace Window (Estate) by Front Headrests

Driving comfort in a blame culture.

The nextbase dash cam has given me an element of comfort in the era of blame culture. it is fun too in reviewing the journey you have made, going forwards and from the rear. it did take a while for me to get it going, but I am the person who won't ask for help, and prefer to learn myself. (and not really a techi). So in essence that is how easy it was.
