What a rubbish company

What a rubbish company. My ninja creami stripped out the blade leaving metal shavings in the food. I have sent 3 seperate emails requesting customer support and received confirmation replies so they have received them, yet here we are 3 and a half weeks later with zero contact. I have tried calling twice, both times the robot stated a 3 minute wait but after being on hold for 25 minutes the robot said now no one is available and to leave an email contact. Never again

Don't have stock of essential items to make your product work if becomes damaged rendering product useless! ...

Every item I have bought from Ninja I've loved BUT if buying a product with essential accessories to make the product work and they may be lost, damaged, or scratched for whatever reason the item at least in my case is impossible to source. For over 6 mths we have waited for a round Airfryer tray to be back in stock and upon emailing/FB messaging for about two weeks waiting for reply and then another week or two of back and forth messages (!) I am now told the item will not be restocked. So an Airfryer I bought last year has now become unusable due to the fact they don't stock the essential tray they come with. Buy elsewhere.

I ordered directly from Ninja

I ordered directly from Ninja, spending almost $600, pizza oven and never received my product. Tracking was useless, customer service unhelpful, and I’ve had to chase a refund through my credit card. It’s outrageous that a well-known brand operates like this. Customers deserve honesty and transparency – instead, Ninja hides behind false appearances and censors negative reviews. Buyers beware.i tried posting directly on there page but of course this was filtered and never got posted !

Extremely Poor Customer and Product Support – Planned Obsolescence

I’m really disappointed with the after-sales service for this product. It worked fine at first, but when I needed a replacement pot just over two years after buying it (just out of the warranty period), the experience became incredibly frustrating and disappointing - it’s impossible to buy a replacement pot.

I first contacted customer service in April after signing up to be notified when the pot was back in stock on the website months prior. After waiting a week for response, I was told the part was going to be out of stock until May. I followed up again in June, I waited two weeks for a response that it’s still unavailable - now apparently not due until maybe September, nearly five months after my first customer service enquiry. I was told I could buy the pot from Amazon for twice the price, and it is “usually delivered in 1 to 2 months” - which was both frustrating and unacceptable, but it is no longer available there either.

For an item in this price range, I expected better customer service. Under Australian Consumer Law, manufacturers are required to provide replacement parts for a reasonable time after purchase. But in this case, there’s been no urgency, no reasonable alternative offered, and no proactive or timely communication.

SharkNinja have not published my review on their product page. This demonstrates to me that the review ratings can't be trusted as an accurate representation of customer feedback.

This experience has made me doubt the reliability of both the product and the brand’s support and ethics. I won’t be purchasing from SharkNinja again unless they significantly improve their service and commitment to customers.

Do not order a ninja online

There should be a zero star option. Ordered 11 in 1 ninja 12 days ago and it still has not shipped. Sent two emails to customer service with no reply. Telephoned customer service number yesterday, another hour of my life I don’t get back. Only to be told they could not confirm when it would be shipped. Asked for a refund and was told 10-14 day delay on processing refunds. Asked customer service agent to send this information to me via email. Guess what? No email received. Absolute joke. I am going to return to shopping in a store, you see it you buy it you take it home.
