The customer service is nice but ...

The customer service is nice and responds fast however I ordered my product 5 weeks ago, paid directly and still not shipped. A delay of 2-3 weeks is ok but a delay of 5 weeks for something that is paid already and quite expensive, it's not acceptable.

I have my NIRA devices (the Precision and the Pro) for more than a year already. When I started using them, I noticed that my skin tightened and lightened. I also use the serum and the cream after each laser treatment. I really saw a big improvement in my wrinkles, though the results may really take a while, but I can say that it's worth the wait. I bought the Pro+ 2months ago and that's what I'm using now to be consistent with my routine.

I LOVE MY PRECISION LASER!!!!!

Save Your Money - It Will NOT Last

I consider myself a serious skincare enthusiast. I use devices regularly, I understand maintenance, charging habits, and realistic lifespans. I own multiple devices across price points. Some of those “cheap” devices are still going strong after 5–7 years of regular use.

Enter NIRA, my most expensive skincare device by far. Over $600 for what turned out to be a luxury-priced disposable.

After about a year and a half, the device became completely inoperable. No drops, no misuse, no drama. It lights up when plugged in, does absolutely nothing when unplugged. Translation: dead battery, dead device, dead end.

I contacted NIRA support hoping for, at minimum, a repair option. Surely a premium brand offers battery replacement or servicing, right? Wrong.

Their solution was:
• “Sorry, you’re outside the 1-year warranty.”
• “We can’t repair it.”
• “But hey, here’s 10% off another $600 device!”

Nothing says “we value our customers” like suggesting you rebuy the same product that just failed spectacularly. Bonus points for throwing in “free skincare” to soften the blow, as if serums fix dead hardware.

If you’re deciding between NIRA and literally anything else:
Buy the cheaper device. Buy two. Buy three. You’ll still come out ahead.
NIRA prices itself like luxury tech but behaves like fast fashion electronics. At this price point, a product that dies after 18 months with no repair path isn’t “premium”. It’s just expensive trash wearing a lab coat.

Would give zero stars if I could.

Would give zero stars if I could.
I placed an order in December 2025, during the sales. I asked for delivery after I returned from holiday and was assured it.would be shipped when I got back.
However despite me contacting customers sevices, several times, they have not despatched my shipment, even though they said it was packed for shipment last week.
I won't be ordering from them again and will raise a dispute with my bank.

Great Customer Service & Results

I bought my Nira in June ‘23 and returned it in September’23 as it never really worked right. Recently, in Dec. ‘25, it quit working again. I could tell it was going in the fall and customer service said I couldn’t get a credit for the new one which I wanted because it’s a little stronger. When the fan actually went totally out, I emailed again and a very kind customer service person sent me the Nira Pro+ so I couldn’t be happier. I do take pictures and see a difference so I use it almost everyday.

They sent me a used device which had it's seal broken. This was obviously returned to them by someone else. The skincare had also been used and there was a black hair stuck to the broken seal (I am blonde).

I emailed them and they agreed that this should never have happened and that they would send me a replacement. However, they wouldn't do that until they received the original one back.

I was told that a return label had been sent in a separate email. That email never arrived. I have chased it up twice but they've gone silent on me. AVOID!

I received my return label so I sent it back. I had thinking time and decided not to accept a replacement. I have lost all faith in this company and the effectiveness of the device. By the way - you can't treat your skin with it in a few minutes, it takes absolutely ages. I don't have time for that every day.

I am very relieved to report that I have received a full refund.

I may be wrong, but I think it's the UK arm of this company that is shoddy and letting the rest down.

What a fantastic, honest, company to work with!

What a fantastic company. This is a company that will stand behind both its Nira and their skin care products. Their claims are true. Both are off the chart in visually "disappearing" your wrinkles, dark spots, acne, ect. I have been using the Nira for 7 months now and my face has proven their claims. After 60 days, there was such an improvement in my texture and wrinkles around my eyes and mouth, that I continued on. Honestly, it is like going backwards in time. It has stripped the years off this 68 yr old face. If you can, follow up with the Nira skin care and you will see even more difference in your face. I do not get anything from this company for this review. It is just that good, and people will notice the difference, but will not be able to pin point exactly what has changed, but you will look younger. Fresher. It is never too late to see these results on your own face. To top things off, this company will stand with you, thru all these changes in your face, and is quick to answer any questions or just to encourage you on. A wonderful gift, for any husband, to get their wives for Christmas!

Great customer service

I purchased Nira Laser Bundle on October 8, 2025, and my initial experience with it wasn't very good, as the Pro + Fan stopped working immediately, and the Precision simply stopped working during the procedure. I rebooted both lasers twice, with no response.
I contacted customer service immediately, and they sent me replacements for both lasers. I want to especially highlight the professionalism, willingness to help, and quick response of Elisa Dobruna from customer service! Thank you, Elisa!
At the moment, both lasers are working, we’ll see what happens next... I’m waiting for the results from the procedure and will report them in my next review.

ATROCIOUS QUALITY STAY AWAY from this scam of a company!
After paying over $700 including shipping the fan in the device stopped working in less than 2 years. I only wish i would have read previous reviews before I purchased it. I will make sure to comment under every post on YouTube and instagram to warn other people.

All you get from customer care is an offer of a 10% discount! So they basically want to trick you into spending thousands of dollars over and over. This truly sounds like a deliberate scam. Horrible company!

I got a second degree burn on my face after using the precision on the lowest setting. It worked OK for a couple of weeks, even though every time I was using it I was experiencing the suction and burning sensation for the first minute or so, but I believed this is normal. I liked the results under the eyes. However, yesterday the device burned my face. It is a second degree burn. I had a blister full with liquid on my cheek now. I took pictures and emailed their customer service. I hope I will get the refund immediately. Before that, I was thinking of buying the larger version, but I am happy I didn't. I will stay away from the devices and this company and go to my dermatologist for laser services.

Beware

Beware! Fan on pro stopped working - I invested and use(d) both the precision and the pro and was seeing some improvement. However the fan on the pro stopped working so it gets too hot and turns off! I contacted Nira and was told they do not offer a repair service and since it is out of warranty they can only offer me a 10% discount on a new one! When I replied “wow” they responded that they can give me a 20% discount - which by the way is what they are offering new customers so no loyalty discount or anything that says “we want you to stay a customer.”

I am not willing to invest another $500-$600 on a VERY expensive product that is only used a short period of time each day to only work for a couple of years! As a comparison, I have a coffee maker that cost 1/6th of this price, is used constantly and has been in use for almost 20 years.

Very expensive for the lifespan!!!!
