I had a very disappointing shopping experience with Nordicfeel.
When I added two perfumes to my cart, both products were clearly shown with a discount, and I took screenshots documenting this. I completed the purchase based on the total discounted price displayed before payment.
After payment, the order confirmation showed that only one product was discounted, while the other was charged at full price. Customer service later explained this with external channels and time-limited offers, but this information was not clearly communicated in the cart before checkout.
As a customer, I expect the price shown before payment to be accurate and binding. This experience has significantly reduced my trust in Nordicfeel, and I find their price presentation misleading.

I dont like feeling cheated, i order a product from your page for 9995 and then i accidently google it and get the same product on the same page for 7986
What happened is i contact customer service who explain, fast response and very nice mail, that its correct.
So now i order the exact same product for less money and return the first, which is unopened. You lose money and i lose time
