I made an order during the Black Friday…

(EDIT) They reached out to me immediately and sent the package out the following day)

I made an order during the Black Friday sale and haven’t even gotten email with a tracking number yet but the money was taken. I tried to contact them via email but nothing came through…. It’s a shame because this was supposed to be a big Christmas gift
