Not recommended! Will never book flights through this website. Untrusted. Not professional.

Lost around 100$ because of their low-qualified working in support team. The airline changed the time of of the flight and I had to cancel. The support replies once in 2 days, can't provide the full information about the refund and don't assist you anyhow in the process.

In my opinion it was the worst website I have ever used to book a flight. Shockingly hard to select a date of birth (you won't believe it until you try it) and didn't display the important baggage information until AFTER i had paid for the flight.

I am currently waiting on a refund for a flight time change that did not suit for my onward flight. I had to change route with another airline at a cost which was £200+ more expensive. I also lost over £400 on my original connecting flight when I had to cancel it. NusaTrip have a 30-90 day policy for refund hidden in small print. I checked with the airline ( Garuda ) and they refund within 15-30 days. This means NusaTrip take 60-75 days to reimburse you stating “ there is a preview process and there is a queue for refunds back to passengers on our system and related teams” In other words, they take far to long to process your request. They hold on to your money as long as they can. Garuda have managed to process in 15-30 days, they are not the problem NusaTrip is. Don’t go near them folks. I am now down over £600 from our trip spending funds whilst waiting on the refund from this company. I’ve waited over 36 days already, they have been refunded but I haven’t. Terrible customer service.

I paid for a flight. Do this third party as I normally go through skyscanner.com. the ratings on that site said 4.7 so I felt it was safe. however, my flight was today and upon arrival at the airport, there's notebooking whatsoever for me. noosa trip charged me and send me a fake e. Ticket that the airline had no idea about. i end up having to purchase another airline ticket.In order to get on the flight. while waiting, I had enough time to check their reviews because I was so upset. i learned that they have done this to several other people. i'm not sure how they're still in business and able to get away with this. i am now disputing their charge through my bank to get my money back. it's pretty sad because I would have totally missed my flight. And all my flight plans on the other side would have been cancelled because of their deception. i pray no one else have to go through that.If only they could read these reviews. someone need to shut this company down.

We wanted to cancel our flight with Wings Air that we bought through NusaTrip. However, NusaTrip kept asking us to contact the airline company that in return asked us to contact NusaTrip.
No one took responsibility, and we have not been able to have our ticket refunded.
What a poor service from NusaTrip. I advice others NOT to purchase flights through NusaTrip

We bought tickets for several domestic flights in Indonesia through NusaTrip. Overall it all went smooth!

It's easy to book and more options on payment settlement.. been using this app many years but covid frozen our eagerness to travel.. alhamdulillah we're back on track now

Stay out from Nusa Trip Online Travel Flight Booking, especially if you book Etihad flight. Just go to other provider.

Fraud company, I bought ticket and while buying they offered me additional service with 100% refund option and I opt that paying extra money for my flight ticket
After few days when I had change of plan and contacted them to cancel (I was making request 25 days before the flight departure date) they mentioned that your flight is non refundable and cannot be refunded. Truly false commitment

Nusatrip is a USELESS intermediary between client and domestic airliners that charge a small fee on their ticketprices, but WHEN you face a cancellation (remember the virus?) you have to wait an INSANE time whereas you can get it reimbursed QUICKER and 100% form the airliner DIRECTLY if you book it DIRECTLY from the airliner. But even WORSE is the fact that even IF you expressed the wish to CANCEL officially via EMail, the NUsatrip staff INVENTS a condition so to STALL the cancellation and YOU dont get the full information (believing the message is a COPY/double or ends in Spam or you think it does NOT matter; the ORIGINAL COMMAND STANDS..) and NEVER GET another HEADS UP. Which results in the fact that the original cancellation is NOT passed on, and YOU are fxxxxxx and find out ONLY % MONTHS LATER that you get NOTHING !!
You LOSE !!
Avoid Nusatrip and book your domestic flights with the original airliners!! Nusatrip is USELESS!
