I updated my autel machine it was really easy and really good on price. When I approached obdprice they where really helpful and helped me 100% to install my update nothing was to much trouble. I will definitely be using you in the future 100% happy customer.

Great customer service when i had a little issue but they hot back to me asap and explained what to do next and also upgraded to VIP , will highly recommend and use them again.

I bought the Autel MaxiSys Lite S a few months ago, and after using it for some time, I can say I’m extremely satisfied with this device. It performs all the described functions flawlessly.
The battery life is impressive, the display is bright and clear, the touchscreen works perfectly, and the scanning speed is very fast. I’m really happy with its functionality and overall performance.

After several months, I unfortunately had a problem with the power button, which stopped working. I contacted Autel customer support, and they reacted immediately. They asked me to return the device, and within just four days, I received a completely new replacement unit!

I was truly amazed by the speed and professionalism of their service.

I just bought the maxicom mk908 II and i am pretty amazed by the numerous features that it can permit me doing for A LOT of car. I like the strong build of the tablet.
Thanks for the support that helped me unlock very fast the french language on the system.

Exellent service. I purchased an Autel Ultra lite scanner that was delivered in a few days, after setting it up realized the updates were defaulted to 1 year instead of 2 as it was advertised. I sent them an email and got a reply in literally 10 minutes that they manually added another year. In a few hours my scanner updated itself and now I have 2 years updates. I can only say good things here, great customer service, probably the best I've ever encountered with.

Excellent service. Bought an update for my autel ds808 and filled in the notes bit at the end of my order with the machines serial number. It cost a fraction of the price from autel directly. I’m sure it stated a few days for it to go through but the update was applied to my serial number and working within 24 hours! Huge thumbs up from me and I’ll always use this website from now on.
