I have just purchased this on the official quasi website. Buy 2 packs get one free 12 mask for NZD 124.50, which is quite expensive, but I am probably a fool to their great advertising. I did untick t... See more

Wish we could give it minus one
Wish we could give it minus one. This is a deceitful company that makes you not realize you’re ordering monthly from them and of course they make it impossible to get a hold of them.. also product is crap
Avoid
Avoid if you do not want to be scammed into a subscription
Misleading site selling products that look like a one time purchases with good discounts but are actually a subscription.
When I disputed my apparent second order, they suggested to me that th subscription nature of the site was clear when purchasing and that I had selected a subscription which is simply not the case.
£50 was taken from my account without my consent/knowledge/permission and I am now due to receive goods that I do not want or need.
I attended to cancel the “order” within a hour of reviewing the email. Company refusing to refund despite the fact that the products have not been despatched/shipped . Going to proceed with a chargeback through my bank
Quasi is a scam
Sadly, Quasi is a scam. I ordered 1 mask 3 weeks ago and it never arrived. They have emailed back saying they are looking into it, but no answers. Just a link to the tracking company that has been out for deliver in my city for 5 days. I should have NEVER have ordered from Quasi.
I have been charged again even though I…
I have been charged again even though I only ordered 1 order. If I didn’t see it pop up I would not have noticed
What a scam
Beware of their so called special…
Beware of their so called special offers. I’ve ordered masks from them before and the product worked really well for me, so wanted to order more. I received an email from them with a special offer and clicked the link and placed the order. I then wanted to check something so went back on to the website to do so and the same bundle was up on the website for £26 less. I’ve contacted customer service because I feel this is really misleading - I placed my order in good faith assuming this was a “special offer”. Their response was to first ask me to provide the screenshot and then, once I’d done so, to tell me that the order price is locked in when you order! I completely understand that prices fluctuate but this feels like a scam to charge returning customers more.
The product is junk
The product is junk! I opened four packages of masks. And one pack of the neck masks. And they all crumbled right in my hands. I couldn’t unfold of them. Pure garbage. That’s the last $75.00 dollars of my money that I will spend on this
Quasi is legit TEMU KNOCKOFFS!
I purchased their products on November 30th. When I was looking at their site I realized my products were not the same as what was posted. I found the product they sent me and it was from TEMU!!! I have the screenshots and pictures to prove this! I did some more digging online and found this "This has become a very common complaint with Quasi. They use high-end marketing that makes the product look like a premium Korean skincare brand, but many customers report receiving a generic, unbranded, or lower-quality product that looks exactly like what you’d find for $5 on Temu."
I will NEVER be purchasing from them again and will warn all my friends
No option to skip pause or cancel…
No option to skip pause or cancel subscription, they took payment without a reminder.
Did manage to find cancellation but still charged for the second batch.
This is a scam company
This is a scam company, they signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge, taking over £80 at a time and there is no facility to cancel, there isn't even an account and no way to contact them - DO NOT USE
Scam company
Thieving company - terrible products - awful customer service. I would highly recommend you stay away from this company if you want to protect yourself from a scam
No sign of any tracking
No sign of any tracking, no feedback even for many reminders, not recommend at all
DO NOT ORDER - its a SCAM
DO NOT ORDER - this is a SCAM!
The facemasks are utter cr@p, and contain nothing they list. I used two, and My skin has never been so bad - at 55 I’m now suffering with spots, which I never get!
One order will see you auto subscribed to a monthly SUBSCRIPTION, but no means to cancel - as the email address they publish for ‘help’ or to cancel, goes nowhere!! MY POOR 14 year old ordered these as a Christmas present for me, and her acct is now being bombarded with charging attempts. Disgraceful.
DO NOT ORDER.
Avoid this company
Avoid this company. Unfortunately they are scammers. Even if you untick the subscribe button, they still subscribe you to send you products each month. I had an email confirming my second shipment and I immediately got on and explained nicely that I didnt need more because I still have lots left and they said they couldnt cancel or refund the order because of their policy even though the order hadnt been shipped yet. Very shady.
Ordered Quasi mask and got Hoygi instead?????
Ordered Quasi mask and after a month was sent Hoygi mask. All packaging was grey not pink and it had a different name. I think this might be a scam. Also when I tried to track the delivery I kept getting 'page not found'.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Saw products thought I’ll give it a try.. without me knowing they charged me for a second prescription. I have an on going dispute with the company and have fake warehouse addresses everywhere. Do not order any of these products from them.
They advertise in their first email…
They advertise in their first email that they have glowing trust pilot reviews - came to check and oh boy, what a twist. Decided to give them the 1 star as it smells of scam...
Scam
Scam. They sign you up for a subscription without disclosing at the time of purchase. They will not give you a refund.
I ordered ONE PACK of masks
I ordered ONE PACK of masks, which arrived late, was damaged, and did not work as described. Fine, cut my losses. But THEN, I see that this morning, Quasi has charged me AGAIN- they are now saying I signed up for a “subscription” which I did not do. When I contacted them to explain that I did not place a second order, they said there was nothing they could do. I am so confused!
This company is a SCAM
This company is a SCAM. Do not purchase from them. I ordered some masks and they have been taking monthly subscription charges from my bank account without my consent. You do not receive any confirmation that you have signed up to a subscription and there is no clear way to cancel it. This company needs shutting down!
