Easy transaction. Fast postage.

Very quick postal delivery and amazing quality felt books

The book I received appears to be very well made and sturdy. It’s colourful and would appeal to small children. Would welcome writing another review when it has been used for sometime.

I haven’t received my products and I have contacted both Ollie and Mia and the courier.

Update: Ollie and Mia have just promptly contacted me and they have kindly offered replacement on my product. I cannot wait as I will be using their books as a Christmas present.

Books arrived in good time. They are beautiful, but some discrepancies from description on website. I deliberately chose items that were described as suitable for 1 year old, but they all came labelled as unsuitable for children under 3. Also, I was particularly drawn to these books as they were described on the website as ‘100% cotton and felt’. When they arrived, they were labeled as being 100% polyester. I sent an inquiry regarding these discrepancies, and 8 days later I still have not heard back from the company.

Easy website, great variety of products, good quality. I will enjoy going down memory lane with my grand daughter and the nursery rhyme book.

Delivery was prompt. Ordered the "My Sunshine" quiet book and was surprised to find that it is made in Vietnam! I thought I was buying Australian. It's not as robust as I had imagined - could do with the addition of stiff cardboard (or similar) as reinforcement.
