Even though my desk was out of warranty, they were still willing to help and even looked into spare parts in case I needed them. Their customer service was efficient, reassuring, and genuinely supportive—exactly what you hope for after making a purchase like this.
I love my desk; it’s high-quality, the perfect size, and was hard to find elsewhere. I definitely recommend buying from them.

I bought a sit stand desk from them in 2023 and have had zero issues since. The quality of all the parts were top notch right down to the bolts, you can tell they didn't cut any corners. One of the most stand out memories I had was with customer support they were super helpful and always got back to me immediately. Even when I wrote to them via Facebook needing help while assembling the desk they were very friendly and quick with their response. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

..the item I bought from them turned out to be defective .I waste a lot of time on them sending emails attaching photos and videos . They just play for time until I get bored with it. I hope the seller is aware that it is not profitable for business in the long run. they usually reply that they will make you happy without giving any specifics such as a date

This review was a bit of a knee jerk reaction.

My issue has been resolved and despite my escalation, Outshine Gaming support staff handled the issue and is now sorted.

Great sellers who were quite helpful in answering my queries before to my purchase. My table arrived two days after I placed my order, with no major issues.
