After 20+ back and forths with the company after a horrendous product arrived, where they either told me I had to pay $15+ to mail them back the product to then get a $10 refund (off a $50 order) or they would give me $8 back and not mail the product back, I disputed the charges.
I won.
The day after I won, I started getting emails from them asking me to return the refund TO THEM. I have now had 3 such emails sent to me. That is wild. They had every chance to respond to Chase and did not. They claimed they tried to offer a resolution (partial refund or me pay to send it back).
Now they are harassing me. I quote their latest email "Our initial proposal (free redo/partial refund) was designed to fulfill our obligations while preventing our team from facing the unbearable situation of losing both money and goods. This could be a devastating blow to any small business.
Therefore, with the utmost sincerity, we propose a final compromise that we believe is fairer for both parties:
We're willing to give you a 60% refund as our compensation, you only need to give us back the remaining 40%, is that okay?"
They are NOT a small business. They are in China. They are a scam. See how the 5 star reviews all sound the same, 3 sentences and not even sounding like a person.
Terrible experience, total SCAM
Terrible experience. Total SCAM. They do not honor their return policy. The sweatshirt I received looked NOTHING like the photo I submitted. They made my dogs face white (his face is brown). I ordered a replacement and requested a refund for the original. They refused the refund, and after weeks of emailing they said if I return the sweatshirt (shipping at my cost) they will refund me. The address they gave me was in CHINA and would cost $300 in shipping... for a $50 sweatshirt.

I had an appalling experience with this company after my order never arrived. Despite the courier being unable to verify delivery, the customer service team (using names like Jaker, Grace, Nancy, and Ammi) spent days using scripted stalling tactics to avoid a refund.
The main issues were:
Illegal Refund Offers: They ignored the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and tried to force me into accepting 20%, 30%, or 75% partial refunds for an item I never received.
Extortion Attempt: They actually tried to charge me an additional $15 "reshipment fee" to send a replacement for the order they failed to deliver the first time.
Shifting Blame: They tried to force me to use a third party insurance company (Seel) to get my money back, which is the retailer's responsibility, not the customer's.
Bad Faith: They only issued a full refund after I threatened a formal bank dispute and promised to expose their tactics on social media. Even then, they still withheld a small "insurance fee."
If your order goes missing, expect a fight. They do not respect British consumer rights and will try to wear you down until you give up. Shop elsewhere.
SCAM: NOTHING LIKE ADVERTIZED
Ordered 2 sweaters for christmas. When they arrived the embroidery looked nothing like what's advertised, also overall sweater quality not as expected. After a lot of back and forth with customer service (offered discount codes or partial refund) they offered a free replacement. We wanted to see a draft and finally agreed after third draft. Got shipping confirmation and confirmation that we could discard other sweaters. Package didn’t leave warehouse for 3 weeks. Reached out to customer service again and they offered discount or another replacement as the package seemed lost. Also wanted to get the alresdy discarded sweaters back. We wanted refund, as it was supposed to be a christmas gift. While disputing with bank we received the sweaters after a month. Looked nothing like draft or anything like our cat. Customer service uncooperative and wants us to pay for customs and shipping to return.

SCAM ALERT! 🚨 DO NOT ORDER. I ordered 5 sweaters from Pawaviva. They arrived in two seperate packages. Package #1 was 8 days late, package #2 was 19 days late. Both were late for Christmas, despite me paying extra for expedited shipping (even regular shipping was supposed to arrive on time!). And when they arrived.. they're horrible! 4/5 of them are just generic photos of the dog breed I submitted a photo of.. not my actual dog. They are not the realistic cute designs they show in the ads whatsoever. The last sweater they attempted to stitch the photo accurately, but did a horrible job. Wrong color shades everywhere.. the eyes were light beige which is totally inaccurate and creepy! Genuinely just could not have been worse. I would have been embarassed to gift these to the family members they were for even if they had arrived on time. Do NOT think that somehow you're going to luck out and get a good one. You won't. And their support is awful, I have been fighting them for 3 weeks to get a partial 50% refund for the awful quality and they've denied every step of the way. Finally we agreed to refund $70/200. So I'm taking the $130 loss just as a lesson to never order custom products from a company like this ever again.
Long wait but not a scam
Well, I finally got my order, 5 weeks after ordering. The reviews scared me, but at least it’s not a scam. Products are actually quite cute. I understand why everyone’s frustrated with them, it’s the extended waiting and bad communication while they promise timely delivery. If you cannot keep up w orders, be honest about wait time, don’t just lie to get the orders. They shipped my package 1 month after ordering, and offered 10% refund.

I had the worst experience with Pawaviva. I ordered a gift early in December, and it didn’t arrive until after Christmas in January… completely ruining the purpose of the gift!
The design is nothing like what was advertised, and when I requested a refund, they offered 5% off a future purchase or free expedited shipping. Absolutely disgusting and insulting. I would never order from them again.

Extremely poor service and misleading advertising. Pawaviva did not deliver the product they advertise on their Instagram page. What I received looked nothing like what was promoted. I have photos of both the advertised item and what I was actually given, and the discrepancy is undeniable.
When I contacted them, they admitted they do not have a product viewing or confirmation system before orders are placed, which means customers are essentially ordering blind. Despite acknowledging this flaw and their mistake, they refused to correct the error, offered no proper solution, and showed zero accountability.
This is not a minor issue — it is false advertising followed by refusal to take responsibility. Their customer service was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in resolving a problem they caused themselves.
If you care about receiving what you actually pay for, do not order from Pawaviva. Based on my experience, once they have your money, you are on your own. Do not waste your time or money.

I ordered a customized tote bag from Pawaviva on December 14th as a birthday gift, hoping it would arrive by my friend’s birthday on December 29th. On the website it is stated up to 12 days delivery. It didn’t show up until January 16th.
When I reached out, they sent tracking info showing the item was still in China and hadn’t even shipped yet, which completely contradicts what their website claims. The whole process felt very disorganized and misleading.
The quality of the bag is cheap and not at all what’s advertised. Even worse, the “customization” wasn’t actually customized !!! I sent a photo of my friend’s dog, but they used a generic French bulldog image instead.
Overall, super disappointed. The website info feels misleading and this definitely seems like a drop-shipping operation. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company.
