The best experience I've ever had purchasing a PC. How nice it was to receive this great machine, and having a few questions, being able to talk with an actual human. Very rare today and differentiates this company from the rest. All that, and the PC is extremely well built and fits my needs perfectly.

Brian is a good egg. Responded well within an hour to an inquiry regarding what turned out to be a really minor issue; however he was on top of it and provided immediate solutions.
The bigger picture is the incredible PC Mobile X laptop that I recently purchased. In the process of building the home pro audio workstation of my dreams and this is the engine.
As for the customer service, it's reassuring to know PCAudioLabs are a just a phone call away should any problems arise. No nonsense, you're dealing directly with the owner.

I've been using PC Audio Labs computers for two decades. I'm not a "latest and greatest" kind of user. I need solid machines I can count on every day, and use for as long as practical to avoid the disruption of switching to a new machine (and also to amortize the cost over as long a time as possible).
There are two aspects of support where PCAL has excelled. The first is building computers that fit my needs, aided by their suggestions as to what would work best and have the longest useful life. The second is speed of support. Admittedly, I've had very few issues in 20 years so I can only comment on a couple support incidents. One was an intractable Windows problem that they fixed in <10 minutes via remote desktop. Another was a graphics card that died. I took the computer to their shop, and they replaced the card. The last one occurred immediately after I purchased their laptop (which is also excellent). There was an error in Microsoft's instructions (!!!!) on how to change from a Local Account to a User Account, which required *multiple* emails with support until we figured out the issue (thanks Brian).
Granted, their computers aren't cheap. These aren't Office Depot Dells. But my world runs on deadlines, so it's worth it to me to pay extra so I don't have to worry about downtime.

Thanks to Brian at PCAL for his patience and knowledge to get a Windows Update issue cleared on my music workstation. These guys are the best and I would highly recommend them to any musician that needs solid technical resources

PC Audiolabs has always served my audio recording and video editing needs for a robust and reliable workstation. I've had both their laptops and desktops over their 25 year span and the quality, customer service and support keep me coming back.

I tried to buy from PC Audio Labs. I had questions, their system blocked human contact. I waited. I gave up. More than a week later, they emailed me asking why I left items in my cart. I replied—same day, directly to their message—with blunt honesty: “No one ever answered me back and I only do business with humans I can speak to. I didn't change my mind. Your crap customer service basically told me to go away by never responding to my questions. No one who runs a business has time for that B.S! (Hey, you asked.) Bye.” Instead of owning the issue, they got defensive. Their CTO—Brian Lorelle—claimed they had “no record” of me and implied I fabricated the entire thing. That’s odd, considering I was replying to his own email, sent on a Saturday. He then flagged my review for “language” (for actually spelling the word BS as far as I can tell) and got it removed. so I guess we cant use descriptive words in reviews now.. what ever. Let’s be clear: I don’t fabricate tech failures. I build systems for artists who survive on precision and truth. In my opinion, If your AI blocks contact and your team gaslights customers who call it out, you’re not offering “lifelong support”—you’re offering a wall. Their newsletter claims “ 95% + of our customers praise our support as exceptional. my personal experience with this company has proven to me, that’s not just misleading—it’s insulting when the reality is scripted deflection and zero accountability. UPDATE: After my review went live, Brian began emailing me directly, trying to reframe the situation and shift blame. He asked me to “take ownership” and claimed I was the aggressor. He also referred to himself as “an independent business owner,” but let’s be honest: he’s the CTO, not the legal owner. The business isn’t registered in his name. I looked it up. He asked for the truth. I gave it. If that truth hurt his feelings, that’s not my problem. I don’t owe him a retraction, a softened tone, or a second chance. I’m not in damage control—he is. In my opinion, If you’re an artist who values real connection, skip the branding hype. PC Audio Labs talks about relationships, but when challenged, they choose denial over dialogue.
I am only speaking from my personal experience with this company. After trying to talk it out with "Brian," my resolution to this as a recording studio owner/producer/engineer/musician with music world wide is, I will not be dealing with this company again. If I had to talk to "Brian" again in 100 years it would be way, way, to soon.
REPLY TO THEIR REPLY: Thank you PC Audio Labs for showing the world exactly what I'm talking about, proving that you are in fact harassing me through email, wont just let me walk away, and how mad you make your customers from the constant hounding while not even trying to sell me a pc. I don't know why you would think this makes you look good. I will stand by my words and say them again and again if you won't leave me alone.
ITS CALLED STANDING UP FOR YOUR SELF!
Its not my fault you allow words to hurt you after asking my opinion.
UPDATED 10/4: PC AudioLabs is technically correct—we never completed a transaction. Their AI system blocked me from initiating human contact. I didn’t walk away out of impatience; I walked away because their system made it impossible to engage. That’s not my fault, not my problem.
Sept 24 Attempted to contact PC Audio Labs via their site—no human response.
Oct 1: Received email. Replied with feedback.
Oct 2: CTO responded insulting me defensively claims no record of contact. So, I made a review
Oct 3-4 Review flagged and removed. emails escalated. Trustpilot verified and reinstated review.
The situation escalated because I responded to their automated email with honest feedback. Instead of addressing the issue, they lost composure and shifted the narrative. I was raised in a world where directness isn’t just accepted—it’s expected. I’ve worked construction, toured as a musician, and built a studio from the ground up. Cussing isn’t a lack of professionalism—it’s a language of frustration when respect is denied. I'm not sorry.
I’m not apologizing for being human. Where I come from, if someone rejects reality and/or won’t leave you alone and refuses to take the hint, you don’t owe them politeness. There’s a point where enough is enough. what I said was warranted.
I submitted all exchanges to Trustpilot for verification. After reviewing the full context, Trustpilot chose to keep the review live—despite their repeated attempts to remove it. That decision speaks volumes.
Now, after just one review they’re threatening legal action.
Be cautious! Branding means nothing if the people behind it can’t handle accountability.
other bad review now removed or hidden, myself, and now Trustpilot under attack by PCAL proof of zero accountability.

I'd like to thank Brian and everyone at PCAudioLabs. First, they got the standard stuff very right - the RokBox computer I ordered was built in a very timely manner, and was very well packed and shipped. It is extremely fast and quiet and I find it to be an exceptional product. It records very smoothly with zero latency. But it is the "extra" stuff that PCAudioLabs hit out of the park. Their level of support and knowledge is nothing short of astonishing. In my case, the CPU fan had wiggled loose during shipment and Brian immediately diagnosed this issue, but more impressively, I migrated from an old computer and an old version of a DAW to the newest version. Five of the six songs I was working on migrated well, but one became corrupted. The new DAW on the new computer was looking for a number of files on my old computer over my network, and as such was having a myriad of terrible performance issues. Brian spent hours troubleshooting the issues and correcting them. He then thanked me for the opportunity to work with me. This level of product knowledge and support is unheard of in these days of cranking out product faster and cheaper with nothing but the bottom line in mind. Do yourself a favor - if you're in the market for a new computer - go with PCAudioLabs.

Yes. I am on my second unit from PC Audio. And, I have never regretted owning one of these fine machines. And, I know I have the back up of support when I need it. So, my creative flow is as smooth as silk when it comes to technical foundations. I do wish they would put a button on the machine that makes me instantly inspired and a genius at composing. LOL! Love you guys. Thanks for being there.

PC is great... now.
Upon delivery, I gently opened the side panel to take the power cable out and discovered that the CPU cooler was bent in multiple locations. I fixed this by hand; hopefully, it holds up. Also, the Cooler fan was not attached at all, and the attachment brackets were on the case floor. I attached the fan. The Video Card was also not intact and there was no screw to hold it in place. I placed the Video Card in its slot and used one of the case screws to hold it in place. I was told that a replacement screw would be mailed to me, but... it hasn't been. Also, When I ordered the PC, I was excessively clear that I would be using 3 Video Monitors and the card should accommodate that. The card I received does in fact accommodate for 3 monitors BUT each of the 3 inputs are different types: 1 HDMI, 1 DVI, 1 VGA. I assumed they'd all be HDMI or even DVI. Also, when ordered I was told it would have 13 USB inputs, which I paid extra for. I was later informed that this wasn't possible with the case used. At this point, it was already built and paid for. I did get a USB card refund and I had to buy and install one myself. They should have known prior to building that the case wouldn't fit the USB card and another case should have been used. I bought from PC Audio Labs in 2012 and the level of transparency, customer support, and quality control were second to none. Different owner? Different generation? Covid? I don't know what changed but I do not feel very confident this time.

Exceptional service and great product! I ordered a custom built audio PC for my audio studio from PCAudioLabs. Their interactive website made it easy to build; the shipping was fast; and the PC is amazing. They even preloaded my licensed DAW software ahead of time. After receiving it I wanted to trade up to a faster higher-resolution GPU and they shipped one out immediately, and walked me through the process of swapping it out, sending detailed photos of how to do it. The service is exceptional. Highly recommend!
