It is a scam
It is a scam. Do not even enter the website. They setup a 49.90GBP monthly payment cycle, while on the website it only showed me 0.10GBP for one PDF merger.
It’s a scam
It’s a scam. As everyone else, I’ve been charged 0.10€ for one file and the day after I saw a 49.90€ charge for a subscription I never signed up for. I’ve opened a dispute with the company through PayPal account and I’m still sending lots of emails until they refund 100% - they gave an option that seems the way they win money and I don’t accept it.
SCAM / COMPANY WITH DEVIOUS TECHNIQUE TO OVERCHARGE
SCAM - FRAUD - WEBSITE WITH DECEITFUL TECHNIQUES
Just like all reviewers have said, this website invites you to compress a pdf for a charge of 10 pence ( £0.10 ). After entering the paypal or other id, the next day or after 2 days you will see a debit of £49.90 on your card.
This happened to me as well. Order code P69625eb6e4b00efa498c0efb / Transaction date = 10-Jan-2026 / Debit on 13-Jan-2026
Then I wrote to support at pdfgo co and also raised a dispute via PayPal. Initially they just refused to help. Instead said that if you click this link, Future monthly debits of 49.90 will stop.
Then when i escalated this to my card company and to met police and cyber security, they have agreed to refund the £49.90 but I am yet to receive it.
In short this company deceives customers by saying the charge is £00.10 but charge you AFTER 2 DAYS, an amount of £49.90
Please, if you get scammed by this company write to
feedback at met police uk, dpsmailbox-.cru at met dot police uk , dlsmailbox-allocations at met police uk, HomeOfficePolicyMP at homeoffice gov uk, correspondence at attorneygeneral gov uk
and escalate under the consumer protection act and report this website to NCSC GOV UK

This company is a total scam they steal money from your account. I used their service for a file compression and agreed to pay 0.10 for that service. Later during the night i received a mail with a debit amount of 50£ for a subscription which was never agreed on nor known about.
They won’t refund the amount and ignore your claim. This is a total fraude certain to steal money without your knowledge as result you will be forced to cancel your credit card in your bank to stop further amounts to be debited.

Scam Company
I’ve used their service one time and it was mentioned 0.10 GBP while downloading the document and there was no mention of subscription but they decided to charge 50GBP on the next day without any notice. Now they are pursuing me to take 50% refund which is absolutely ludicrous support. I am convinced that they are a scam company from china and If there is an option to report this company as a scam to somewhere I would do that. I’ve decided to go to any extent to affect their business and I have the capability to do that.

I have had the same issue as everyone else. What a scam. Claiming a one time fee of £0.10 and then charging £49.90 the day after is insane.
