Terrible online customer service.
They sent me no email -after I placed the order.
I even waited several days bf contacting them by phone.
I spoke to some Asian -sounding female.. and she claimed she couldn't locate my order.
I gave out the right email, but it transpired that she wasn't listening correctly...and still insisted that she couldn't find my order.
I said the payment was taken out of CC.
I then had to give her more info, it took her a number of minutes bf she was able to realise her mistake.
She then tried to blame me for the mistake.
She also rudely cut me off.
I had to ring them again...and the other female operator said- there was a delay with the order, as they had to reorder one of the products.
I told her that I should of been informed about the delay.
They only sent me confirmation of the order after I complained.
I wanted to speak to a manager but was told no one was available.
This is not the first time I had to demand an update on my order from pharmacy direct.
It also happened around 2 years ago.
I rarely purchase from this company and given how pathetic they are, I doubt that I will again!
Most companies do send you an email after you order.
They at pharmacy direct are too damn lazy to.
Just an update on this complaint;
I received word from a manager and have received an apology, an told my order would be sent out promptly.
I appreciate the assistance and hopefully the service improves in future.
