Awful communication and customer service
In relation to tax services and NOT bookkeeping.
They are considered a premium tax service in that they charge well above the max average in comparison to other tax companies. You would think this means premium service...it does not.
Communication is awful. Weeks go by without return communication. When I follow up to prompt a reminder they admit to "not seeing" the multiple email inquiries. They admit to receiving them but that they simply overlooked them.
They advertise themselves for small businesses but then quote small businesses the cost for tax services for a large corporation.
They leave out critical and cost-saving options for small business. With every communication they are aiming to 'up-sell' and therefore, intentionally leave out options that would be in the client's best interest.
Overall, I would leave a negative review if I could - simply because of the awful customer service, price-gouging, and either incompetence vs trying to upsell in a conniving way.
