I ordered a tire listed as “in stock” on November 19th and still haven’t received a real shipping confirmation. After chasing customer service, they eventually gave me a tracking number that never moved. I even contacted the courier, who confirmed they never received the shipment at all. I sent multiple emails and got only a few unclear replies. If I hadn’t received a previous order, I would assume this was a scam. Even though the tire was never shipped, they refused to cancel and refund my order and kept insisting on sending it. After 15 days with no progress, I decided to buy locally instead, yet they still can’t cancel an unshipped order or issue a refund. If you don’t have time to chase them, avoid ordering from them.

UPDATE(04.12.2025): My order number is 30740048 and already created a request for order cancellation & refund, your pace & ability to resolve this issue in a proper & prompt manner is not adequate.

UPDATE(05.12.2025): My shipment is still not moving as it was not handed to courier. Now they are sending me their sale conditions stating that if I want to return the product (which was never dispatched to being with), I will need to pay for the return of the item and I will need to pay 30€ for a cancelled order handling fee.
EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you have lots of time to invest & wait for your tire for few euros cheaper pricing.

I’m really pleased with whole process of ordering and having them in my home I will have to buy some more rims and tires for sure for my other car. Very happy to do business with you.

Everything about this purchase was excellently handled.
The range of available tires, the option to pay by the new instant bank transfer, the rapid dispatch, tge tracking information, the help in selecting a tire fitting service near me, and naturally also the fact that the price offered was the lowest on the Internet.

Only thing to improve would be tge shipping labels on the tires. GLS delivered right on time, but with no reference to the final customer. Thankfully in this case there was no confusion as no other orders contained the same product.

Bottom line, excellent experience!

Happy with the product, not so much with the delivery time. If during the purchase process they guarantee the delivery within a date, receiving the goods one week later isn't acceptable.

Order did not arrive

The process was smooth until the parcel was handed over to DPD, which delayed the parcel delivery through its local carrier. In addition, the latter delivered at the wrong address and is yet to get back to me after I had reported the aforesaid issue.
