Payment system on its website asks you to send them ID then rejects you
When reported to rep on WhatsApp, they give you a link to a payment service called "Throne" which did work.
After letting agent know, he/she says your service will be extended. I thanked him/her and asked for how much longer it would be extended for.
Responce was that I was a bad client and he/she did not want me to renew at the end!
I was flabbergasted that a customer service agent could be so rude.
I've been trying to communicate with them for several days now but they never respond.
All I get are daily email reminders that my online invoice that was created from the failed first attempt to pay are due.
Furthermore, the service I'm getting on a mag box is very slow and spotty.
I would say stay away from Premium IPTV Pro, as it's known in Canada.

I have to give them something so I gave them a 1 star. Never got my service I paid for. And never got a response from the 24/7 live customer service.

IPTVV is a scam. do not pay them any money, you get no service!

IPTVV.ca Canada is a Scam. I paid for a 6 month subscription via USDc and the service has not been activated and they do not respond to emails. So I'm out the money. Do Not Purchase

IPTVV Canada is the very worst service going. After buying a 6 months subscription and after 2 days of buffering and channels not loading , I request my money back. No answer back after 3 emails later no response. They are just like the other scammers out there to take your money. Biggest piece of shit provider out there. Are you proud IPTVV?

The technical piece was okay but the customer service is a ZERO and rude. Just asked a simple question and got a rude response. Will not renew.

IPTV are fraud. They call you again and again . Once you pay money ,their application does not work. Ask you to change tv. Their customer service very rude and illiterate girls. Beware do not pay them in US dollar.
First they will say oh ! our target will complete if you sign in today. Dont fell for that. IPTV is Fraud, Scam.

No reply since 10 days from now. I switch to PASATV where there is many channels and also the support is active.

I entered Premium-IP.TV in my browser's address bar and there's no such website. Perhaps they went out of service.

To avoid scams and issues as much as possible, do your due diligence to research the IPTV service and website further.

If word of mouth from a friend or family member isn't referring you to an IPTV service, then here's what you need to do.

1. Start with an IPTV Service Comparison Chart. Google... InternetTvDotCom Top 10

NOTE: You can tell when a reviewer actually tested the IPTV service connected to the TV Player app by reading the written reviews with pros and cons, video reviews, and video tutorials. Compare the IPTVs listed side by side to see which one meets your needs the most. Then make a list of services that suit you.

2. Google the name of each IPTV service followed by complaints scams such as...

If there are many websites with individuals posting complaints and scam reports about the IPTV service, stay away. If no reports, continue researching that IPTV service.

3. Thoroughly check out the IPTV service website. It should have most of the following:

* At least two ways to contact support if they don't have a website chat box

* Business Documents such as TOS, Cookie Compliance, Private Policy, etc. They should have more than one doc

* Refund Policy. If no money-back guarantee or written policy or posted, stay away. If they tell you there is no refund, stay away

* Contact customer service beforehand to ask them presale questions and test their email response time. If they reply within an hour or two, it's a good sign. It shouldn't take more than 12 hours. If they don't communicate well or reply as quickly as you would like, stay away

* If they have a one-page website with hardly any written content and you're not sure what they are offering, stay away

* If it's a one-page website for returning customers and new customers with no other content, stay away

* If the IPTV service website doesn't provide FAQs and content that answers many of your questions, doesn't have installation setup guides or video tutorials, stay away

If the IPTV service website doesn't accept major credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal, or only accepts cryptocurrency, stay away unless you understand crypto and how it works.

* If the IPTV service doesn't offer a free trial or low-cost trial to test, stay away

NOTE: After the trial ends and you are going to pay for a subscription, get a one-month subscription. Do Not pay for a 2, 3, 6, 12-month, or lifetime subscription. It's always best to test a full month of service first. Then decide whether or not to pay for extra months next time.

Many new subscribers have problems when using an email address (account) that blocks emails from unknown sources sometimes (hence: some IPTV services). Always check your Spam or Junk mail folder when you expect emails from someone, especially after you pay for something online.

Try to use a free Gmail.com email account to ensure receiving emails. You may also need to whitelist the other party's email such as support email on your end if you didn't get any emails at all and no emails showed up in your Spam or Junk mail folder from that party, namely IPTV service.

These are just some of the things to safeguard yourself if a family member or friend doesn't refer you.

However, what I outlined above doesn't mean something can't go wrong after you register. Just understand it's the nature of the beast when dealing with IPTVs sometimes. We all have to live and learn but there are some trustworthy IPTVs out there.

1-Year Subscription Purchased - Login Credentials Never Received

I purchased a 1-year subscription approximately two weeks ago, but I have not received the login credentials as promised. Despite reaching out to support multiple times, I have received no response or assistance.

This is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the service. I urge others to exercise caution before making a purchase.

Bought a subscription by mistake and then canceled it the very next day. Asked for refund and contacted their service iptvplayer.support at Gmail.com
There is no reply and it keeps giving me a delivery failure.

Avoid premium-iptvpro.com/. I paid for 1 year and I have 2 months left to go and my services has been stopped. My mom also paid for services like 2 months ago and it has also stopped and I have like 3 e-mails and no one will respond to me. Im being ignored so please everyone avoid this company. Not good customer service.

got the information & had to put the information myself...back & too regarding setup telling me I had the right numbers (sent a photo) after several minutes he comes up with this feeble excuse the 7 & 5 were flipped & he knew what he's done...he says it's managed 24/7 looks like to be a one man band please stay away from this charlatan two & a half hours on WhatsApp...good news I'm in the process of getting my money back also sald to me he's got thousands of happy customers but if you look on his site he's added a few zeros

Maan, I'm not sure what's going on with others but I signed up about six months ago and everything is all good for me. My brother has been a member for years. I saw a comment about someone having 100mbps speed. That's hilarious. I don't care if it's fiber 100 is 100. My phone is 10 times faster than that on 5g. Upgrade that service. Who accepts 100mpbs as an acceptable speed, especially for streaming. Who cares if it can stream at the speed, WHY?
