Just made my first order from here, as I wanted to get more Korean gel polishes, and it’s definitely not my last order!
The package was shipped quickly and where in my possession after a very few business days.

There was a minor mix up with one of the polishes, but I messaged them through the website and Lesley got back to me so quickly and found a solution.

Will definitely recommend for anyone else in Europe who wants Korean nail supplies without the crazy import fees from other suppliers<3

I searched for an online store that ships to the EU and discovered prettyyeppuda through someone who'd recommended the site on reddit. THANK GOD they did!! They offer a wide range of popular products, cruelty and hema free. Surprisingly fast shipping to Germany! The customer service is absolutely incredible as well, no complaints.

I discovered Pretty Yeppuda after making some research about korean nail gels. I placed a first order and was so impressed about the fast shipping despite the Xmas season. This convinced me to order again (Belgium, 1 day delivery)!
The product range is diverse, products well packed, handwriting note and a small gift, hence I will definitely order again :))

Fast shipping and okay prices!
I actually made a mistake while ordering and ordered the wrong tip forms.
I asked for them to be replaced with another form and they did so without trouble.

Fantastic products and very helpful when I needed advice about what to purchase. Shipping to the UK was really fast (4 days from order) and everything was very safely packaged with almost all recyclable materials. Would recommend and will shop again.

Received all my products plus a small gift with both my orders and the shipping is fast (to the Netherlands, Europe). My orders also included a handwritten thank you card from Lesley (owner of Pretty Yeppuda), you can really tell she puts in a lot of love and time in every order as everything is packaged very neatly and secure. I had placed an order at night but forgot to add some items and ordered them the next morning asking if they could be added to my first order. I got refunded the shipping costs for the forgotten items and everything came with my original order in the same parcel. At first, I was a little sceptical if the webshop was trustworthy because I couldn't find any reviews online (except for some on their own website) and I don't have any social media to view posts or comments people left on Pretty Yeppuda's pages, but decided to give it a try anyway. I'm writing this review for people who maybe feel the same as I did to say that Pretty Yeppuda is a trustworthy webshop. After my first positive experience with them, I placed another order and everything went perfect again. I definitely recommend Pretty Yeppuda and will be ordering more often in the future.
