Pressured into an order I didn’t want

Pressured into an order I didn’t want! When products were suggested they were 3 of each product. I expressed that maybe I would try 1, but order was for 3 of each product. I was suffering from a painful steroid injection & didn’t appreciate the pressure. Wish I’d just hung up!!

I returned the product unopened with…

I returned the product unopened with their original packing slip. When I didn't get a response I emailed them asking about my refund. I recieved an email back asking me to call them. After many attempts I fiinally got through to them. They looked up my account using my phone number, but because I couldn't provide them with a tracking number, they couldn't refund me. Pretty sleezy if you ask me.

Not much to report, so far

I was pressured into buying belly bliss and tummy essential chews, although my dogs were doing fine with the pumpkin probiotic I had been using. All I really wanted was the ear ear cleaner. The tummy chews are a waste of time and money. They obviously contain peanut butter and neither of my dogs will eat anything with peanut butter. I have only used the ear cleaner 3 times. So far I have not seen much improvement...both dogs are still shaking their heads.

Return Policy

This is the first time that I ordered from this company for my dogs. I must have some very fussy dogs because they weren't interested in either product. I ended up called customer service for instructions on the return of the unopened pkgs. Everyone was helpful to suggest other ways to try to get my dogs to consume the products. I called in my tracking number for the return. Representative was very helpful & friendly.

Airedale with osteoarthritis in the back legs

My 10 year old 100 lb Airedale (Angel) was beginning to show symptoms of osteoarthritis - having trouble rising from a prone position, not wanting to walk, etc. I have been using Freedom Joints for 2 months now and she is definitely showing much improvement - even wanting to play again. I had been giving her Librela once a month and now she has been able to go for 7-8 weeks without an injection. I'm hoping continued use may cancel the need for the injections.

Customers are valued !!!

I was really discouraged with a product I bought at Pups Labs it was the dental powder .
My dog didn’t want anything to do with it on his food .
Smelled it & walked away .
Joel she suggested me putting it with peanut butter with my dog’s food.
So we will try & see .
I wanted a refund for the unused portion of dental powder.
She suggested more chewies in replacement of the dental powder .
So I said okay because he loves those & they work as well.
I was very pleased she was willing to work this out since he is not eating his food.
Customer service is what I was pleased with because we resolved the issue .
I don’t complain but if your dog isn’t happy I’m not happy.
Great company working with their customers & top priority Is the fur babies on pleasing them.

My dog

My dog, Brock Lee, was taking K9 Belly Bliss for 3 months and had stopped itching. Unfortunately, I forgot how bad the itching was and didn’t reorder. The itching is so bad now I called customer service and talked to Treece to order a 6 months supply. She was extremely helpful and got me a great deal on a subscription.

horrible customer service

horrible customer service, I told them month ago to delete my account and not send anymore of their useless, way overpriced junk, after they scammed me with their coupon lies. ( gave me a 20 % coupon and refused to honor it) and now they charged my credit card again, even though a few days prior I told them again to delete my account and now they won’t return my email. Brianna was very friendly and polite. Give it a day or two when you get the delivered e-mail.

I called customer service and spoke with Brianna about a shipment that had been e-mailed as having been delivered 2 days ago. She was very patient and polite, said there was a picture of delivery. As we were talking I decided to check the door again, and the package was delivered yesterday afternoon. I apologized for bothering her. The e-mail had been sent out prematurely. She was very understanding and we laughed as she said have a nice day.
