Bringing my authentic self back
I never thought about how Reiki would feel. Then I went to a soundbath at Purple Light Healing and I was floating. I literally went from feeling like I was dragging myself around before the meditation, to the sensation of floating out of there. I felt uplifted emotionally and physically. I knew I had to get back there in the near future. I currently am seeing Jenny once weekly for Reiki. Since starting I have felt more anchored in my own life, making the decisions of my life based on me and my needs, and not people pleasing. I've began to love myself more, a lot more. I am way less anxious; I would say my anxiety has been cut in half. I fully expect for that to get even better. I am excited to continue my life coaching/Reiki journey with Jenny
