Gift wrap: simply a printed out paper!!!

I ordered Gift Wrap with Customized Design (with my friends face on it as an elf). I received a large Piece of paper that I could have printed myself at home!!it was not even close to being a gift wrap!!
What a scam!

Ordered Twice, nothing great

Ordered some personalised glasses for my friends.
Personalising and payment were not too difficult.
After the expected personalisation and delivery time had elapsed I reached out to support who informed me. after several days, that my order had been cancelled and I have been refunded. I was not notified of this prior to reaching out.

I ordered again for the same product and reached out to support for them to confirm that everything was okay. This time my order was delivered support responded to me after the order was delivered saying that everything was okay - go figure.

The glasses were packaged well, however, the design that I ordered is minuscule and is not worthwhile personalising at all. I may have been better off just getting a regular Aperol Glass.

I would not use this service again.
Support was friendly in their emails.

good products, very poor packaging.

Great products, very great customer service and good value for money, BUT: Every time I order (and I do now for the second time, always at Christmas), the package is so damaged that it is first checked by the post office for 3 days. The goods are extremely poorly packaged!!! Things fly around in the oversized, too soft cardboard box and with the boxes the delivery person apparently handles, as with a soccer. Very bad packaging department! Very disappointed.

Highly recommend

Efficient service

Pros:
- Fast delivery. The product arrived at the same week I ordered.
- Quality of the product. I was impressed by the quality of the images pritend in the mug.
- Price is good.

Cons:
- The website UI to arrange the images could be improved. I struggled a bit to organize the pictures.

the quality of the product is less than…

the quality of the product is less than expected. there is noticeable difference between the picture on the site and the real product. based on that the price is too high. disappointed.

Radbag & GLS terrible!

Ordered a package on 27 november..
Package send on the same day..
11 december still no package received. A few emails sended and the only answer I get it, we can't do nothing we are trying to contact GLS.. If you are a professional company and you try to get in contact with you delivery department it doesn't take more than 1 or 2 days.. They are "trying" to get in touch about for a week now. If i want to be sure I have my stuff i need to order it again otherwise i need to wait and not knowing if i ever get it received. If you are a company and you want happy customers.. Just send the package again that your customer is happy. And you go after the first package to get it back from GLS or where the hell the package is! Or if i ever get the first package I will send it back because you can follow it by track&trace. So the company will know if I ever got it yes or no. And if I decide to keep it just send me the bill and i will also pay for it.
