We are posting this review after exhausting all reasonable attempts to resolve the matter privately.

Ragapay currently owes our business USD 20,000, which remains outstanding. Despite repeated follow-ups over an extended period, we have received no clear explanation, repayment timeline, or substantive response.

What is particularly disappointing is that instead of engaging with us to resolve the issue, Ragapay appears to focus on challenging or attempting to remove reviews, rather than addressing the underlying problem. This has left us with no alternative but to document our experience publicly.

To be clear, we are not asking for anything unreasonable — simply the return of funds that are owed, or at the very least transparent communication explaining why payment has not been made.

At present:
• Funds remain unpaid
• Emails and messages go unanswered or are ignored
• No resolution or escalation path has been provided

We would strongly encourage anyone considering Ragapay to conduct thorough due diligence and ensure they are comfortable with the level of post-onboarding support and accountability.

If Ragapay chooses to engage constructively and resolve the outstanding balance, we would be happy to update this review accordingly.

From a finance point of view, Ragapay has been straightforward to work with. Settlement dates were communicated clearly and met each time. Reporting was easy to understand and helped with reconciliation at month end. I appreciate not having surprises when it comes to payouts.

What frustrated me most was how unclear everything became after I started. Requirements kept being added one by one, and responsibilities weren’t as straightforward as initially explained. There were a lot of vague answers instead of direct ones, and the settlement took longer than the timeframe that was originally agreed on.

Our experience with Ragapay Limited has been extremely disappointing and financially damaging. We were charged an upfront setup fee for what was sold to us as a multi-currency MID. After onboarding and payment, we were subsequently told that this was not possible and that we would need to pay again in order to proceed. This directly contradicted the original sales representation.

Before going live, we provided full and detailed information about our traffic, including URLs, business model details, and supporting documentation. We also received confirmation from Ragapay that this traffic was acceptable. Despite this, issues were later raised which we believe should have been identified prior to onboarding, not after fees had already been taken.

We were later presented with what were described as chargebacks, which we strongly dispute. Based on the information available to us, these did not align with genuine cardholder disputes and raised serious concerns. We attempted to engage constructively to resolve this matter, however communication deteriorated and the issues were not addressed transparently.

As a result, we remain in dispute over approximately $20,000 which has not been returned, despite repeated attempts to obtain clarity and resolution. Based on our experience, we would advise other businesses to proceed with extreme caution, ensure all capabilities are contractually confirmed in writing, and fully understand the financial and operational risks before transferring any funds.

We request:

- Our setup fee was refunded as Ragapay cannot support
- Our funds settled immediately
- The RR released

For avoidance of doubt, I can inform everyone reading these reviews that we have had significant funds held and are being completely ignored by Ragapay.

I wish I had taken my pink coloured glasses off earlier. Empty promises and no actual product. I sent these guys £2500 via crypto and did not even provide the MID. I threatened them by contacting the authorities and they laughed at me then blocked me. It's not only that I lost money, but I'm so humiliated it's embarrassing. Stay away from these disgusting people.
