Awful experience. I never received the doll and contacted customer service. They told me to chase it up myself with the courier, which is not my responsibility. I made that clear and requested a refund. I was then told to go through insurance, so I have reported the transaction to my bank and will be taking this matter further. I would not recommend this site at all.

Expensive - low quality product - sent wrong items refused to refund or ship corrected items
I'd go lower than 1 if I could. DO NOT buy a doll from this shop. I had the worst experience this year (2025 Christmas) I ordered my dolls during the Black Friday sale and not only did the packing and boxes come broken, ripped in all 3 orders but the product quality was horrible and they sent the wrong dolls. Materials plastic not silicone on one doll, wrong doll hair/face on second doll and the silicone most expensive doll was suppose to be painted hair but they sent a doll with hair that comes out with touch. It's shedding everywhere and not looks like Cramer from Senfield with just light handling. I was so disappointed and continued to email back and forth with the company to have them ship my correct order. They wouldn't acknowledge this and said if I wanted a refund I had to ship the dolls at my own expense back to China and once they received the incorrect product they would refund me. This is weeks of back and forth. They offered a 15% discount but I don't want these dolls! It's not what I paid for. They then when silent when I explained I would be refuting this charge and filing with the BBB. I wish I had seen these reviews ahead of time as it seems like this is the norm for them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER!
Edited to add since they replied. I have been contacting this seller for over a month now. Sending pictures, documenting everything and completely ignore my request to send the correct doll or to refund me unless I ship the incorrect merchandise at my own expense back to China. But they still will not respond or send the corrected doll. This is a scam do not purchase from this company.

Fraudulent sellers. Selling items as genuine lifelike reborn dolls when what arrives isn’t lifelike, paid extra for a silicone vinyl body, it’s not even rubbery or lifelike to touch, it’s more like plastic, softer than a traditional dolly but rigid nonetheless. Won’t pay return costs, constantly try and offer pathetic percentages for refunds, 10% 20% 30% and that’s only going up marginally based on days of back and forth communication. It’s a £73 baby! Of course 10% isn’t going to cut it, heck, not even 30% is acceptable. The item I ordered, I am quickly and easily able to locate on other websites, with the exact same image, for half the cost. Clearly the photos are being used widely and here ‘reborndollsshop’ are, recreating a version that isn’t a genuine reborn. Doing their best counterfeit version. Waste of money, waste of energy, waste of time.

Ilegitimate, scam, avoid
Reborn baby dolls are not a legitimate company. The dolls I got did not look like their advertisement - fine they where kind of cute but didn't come with a single thing the same as the advert. I contacted them - no help. Managed to claim a fraudulent sale back through my bank but the other sale was too late and they wanted to offer me 20% on £250 (or at least I hope so... the doll was $369). The dolls did not come with the correct clothes. One didn't come with it's dummy and the other 2 the magnetic dummies don't fit or there is no magnet on the other side. I do believe this company has a small part actually legitimate to cover the non-legit side. They rip off people far enough away from China to say it's too far to ship back ... hear about aeroplanes?! Not to mention I get the exact same email when I email to work it out. I even offered their doll back for 50% and the doll and they said no...suspicious no?

Babydoll does not look like website pictures. Scary features and no fair return options
I am extremely dissappointed with this product. I spent hours carefully choosing a doll for my 6 year old's birthday. When the doll arrived, it looked nothing like the picture on the website. This doll looks scary, it's eyes are different sizes, one side of the face is droopy. The website claims "100% customer satisfaction". When I reached out to begin a return (for full refund) I was offered 10% off, then 20%, then 25% and most recently 30%. They also gave an address in China where I could sent the doll to receive a full refund, however the cost of shipping would be equal to the price I paid for the doll...$136, which does not make any sense. This is an unreasonable and unfair burden to place on a customer who received a product that was not as described. I will be reporting to the Federal Trade Commision and the Better Business Burearu to warn other customer's about this company and it's products.

Reborndollsshop is deceptive. Ordered a doll for my mother who has severe Alzheimer’s. Spent a lot of time looking for the right doll. Doll does not look anything like the doll pictured. Face looks like they picked it out of a bin and attached it to a hard plastic body. Complete misrepresentation and so disappointed. I would have been better off purchasing a doll from Amazon for a lot less.

I ordered a cloth doll and was shipped a silicone doll. I returned the doll for a promised full refund, however the refund received was $10 short without justification or explanation. Although the website was advertised as “reborn dolls Canada”, it was clear from the shipping label that the item was actually shipped from China with a Canadian label slapped on top of the Chinese shipping label.
