I cancelled my order by Reifendirekt after the tires did not fit my rims. Reifendirekt arranged the pickup, which took place on November 14, 2025. After that, nothing happened. No refund.
It was impossible to contact this company. The phone line only leads to an AI voice that is completely useless, and my emails were simply ignored. There is no real customer support.
I only received my money back around eight weeks later, after involving my legal insurance. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly advise against ordering from Reifendirekt.

- Tire arrived with sidewall cut (documented by mounting service R1 SIA)
- Manufacturer sticker still attached (proving unused)
- 6+ weeks of email loops
- Same information requested 4+ times

- Terrible auto-translator despite requests for English
- Phone number in signature doesn't work
- Zero human engagement
THEIR SYSTEM:

This isn't incompetence - it's systematic customer abandonment. They've calculated that a percentage of customers will give up, making poor service more profitable than good service.

The tires weren't delivered at all at first. Then, after three hours on hold, the order was resubmitted. Unfortunately, only three arrived. I deliberately called at 7:00 AM, waiting in line 6. The line was then disconnected. I called again, waiting in line 6. Someone answered briefly, but the call was disconnected again. I called once more at 9:00 AM, waiting in line 14. I find this truly appalling. This kind of service should be illegal. I wasted an entire workday on this terrible company.
Customer Service? Never Heard of It.
Honestly, this company deserves zero stars(especially for customer support)but the delivery was okay ,therefore I added 2 stars. I contacted them on October 23rd to return a set of winter tires — and guess what? It’s now the end of October, and still no reply, no email, no message, nothing. Total silence.
But somehow, they have no problem spamming my inbox every single day with “reminders” about items left in my shopping cart. Incredible — they can chase me for sales, but can’t bother to answer a single message about a return.
I also wrote to them on WhatsApp and by email, and I might as well have been talking to a brick wall. Their “customer support” seems to exist only in their marketing slogans.
If you’re thinking about buying from them, don’t — unless you enjoy being ignored once they’ve got your money. Clearly, their business model is: Sell fast, disappear faster.
i ordered tires on the 24th of September and one week after cancelled 2 out of 4. I was given a new tracking for the two tires. Money refund was supposed to happen on the 28th of the month, no refund made yet. additionally the two tires when tracked are showing delivered but nothing came.
*Ordered tires to a different country (Paid in advance)
*Got a response that they will not be delivered.
*Yet still arrived, at the same day, they transfered my money back.
* They asked me if i want to keep the tires, if I do then I have to let them know.
* I said yes, asked for a new invoice number multiple times to make the bank transfer - this all took over three weeks.
* Finally when receiveing the banking information and a new invoice number - did the transfer the same day.
* Two days later they took the same amount BY THEMSELVES, WITHOUT MY CONSENT
* Now I have to juggle between them, my bank, close the old account for safety reasons and order a new bank card.
What a hassle (three months in with this case now), more stress than it is worth it. A company like this in the Baltics would be bankrupt. Incompetence is the essence of this company. PS! Still havent received my money back.
I have ordered 2 pcs of tires from their Hungarian subsidiary, without any further notice they cut the quantity to 1 pc and proceeded with the shipping.
Haven't asked me if it is okay, haven't asked if I still wanted to have the tires, just randomly sent an email and proceeded with the shipping.
Their customer support number is unavailable, you can call them forever no reply, however their website states that the lines are open till 19:00 PM
Update: In the meantime it turned out that they have splitted the order into 2 separate shipments, which was unclear and I was unable to contact their customer support to get this information, in the end the tires have arrived, so because of the above average price and lack of customer support I corrected my rewiev to 4*-s
