Dreadful company! You cannot reach them by phone ( 40 minutes waiting time), they don’t send you the bill they say should be paid and no information what company it comes from, when you contact by mail you just get the most stupid answer without any help at all. When you use their AI chat exactly the same. I guess they want bills to be unpaid so they can charge some extra money.

The harsh review comes from several bad experiences with using them just to pay normal payments.
I bought stuff on mio furniture store, then they use Resurs to handle payments after 2 months.
I first got invoices already in September when I bought the furniture, which I shouldnt have received invoices because I should pay after 2 months. So I had to chat with them and ask them why, and they said just ignore it ..
Then it happened again with a remainder fee on this non existing invoice, and they said to ignore it again..
Then when real invoice came in November, I used their web interface to schedule this payment on due date, which I thought i scheduled 30 November, but no, their system is so bad that you dont even know when you are paying. Apparently I scheduled the same day as I am scheduling, which is 14 of November. When I intentionally want to schedule the 30th. But i DID NOT see any options to choose date or anything.
So I got a remainder fee, and until this point I still got no emails from them telling me I missed a date or they tried to take money from my account but I did not have enough money.
So I still thought I have scheduled on the 30th and until I was suspecious since they always fxx up, so I talked with them again, and just to know that I have to pay manually now, with a different amount of fee than the invoice says, I am to pay less since they added a remainder fee out of the blue, but in invoice web interface, it says higher amount bcoz they added remainder fee. ..
Everything is very messy, they dont have the technology simply. Dont use the technology if it makes people's life more difficult. Get rid of it, and just tell people to pay with their bank then! Since this is what works.

Horrible customer service. Cannot get the money back for the product under warranty. After multiple calls, chats, emails, no money now for 5 weeks. Never again

Trying to deceive people by adding an extra monthly fee where they hid the usual OCR for what you would pay and show the OCR on their other fee. No answer from customer service by phone. Worst service I know. They are trying to deceive people, their customer for small money, beware and be careful with such a bank. Ugly done by you create major consequences, difficult to retain customers, if it does not change no customer will voluntarily choose you for their bank. Or it is like that now but you have certain agreements with other companies that force customers to pay through you but it will be the first time and the last time with your service with such an experience.

I was unfortunate enough to use Resurs Bank to pay for my PS5 over a 12-month instalmentplan. You would expect this to be simple and smooth, like most banking apps. Instead, I found myself dealing with bad design, confusing navigation, and poor information that almost feels intentional to make people pay late fees.
The navigation is inconsistent and makes it easy to misunderstand what you need to pay and when. I missed a payment because of this and then had to deal with rude customer service instead of real help. There seems to be no real effort to fix these issues because, they profit when people pay late.
The whole experience caused unnecessary stress for something that should be simple. After a few months, I decided to pay off the rest of my instalments early because I never want to deal with this bank again.
Do not just take my word for it. Read the other negative reviews here. Save yourself the same stress Vote with your wallet and avoid this app at all costs.

I got this cost of avgift bank transfer that I was not aware of in my invoice and customer service did not want to deduct it. Not recommended at all.

Run as far away from this company as you can.
I made a purchase at Bauhaus using Resursbank and gosh I regret it with my gut! I made my return (partial return) before the invoice due date and informed two customer agents on the return before the due date. They replied that I could ignore the initial invoice. Now half a month later, I suddenly need to pay an extra administration fee and interest fees. Lmao. The worst ever credit company and I cannot believe that I am writing this but stick to Klarna because Resursbank is literally scamming you.
I hope you do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

They are SCAM.
Each month they activate different things to charge more.
I have asked customer service to send clear invoices and yet they do that. Please avoid them. They are 100% scam in a legal way.

Started a Bauhaus account with this bank, been shopping in Bauhaus using this card for more than 20000 sek, 0 point was collected, invoices are so confusing. They make sure they confuse you so that you don’t pay full amount of your bill so they can charge you extra interest. Run far and ran fast!
