Easy to use with many qualified dog sitters. Our sitter provided a very warm loving environment. They were great.
Rover made finding a trusted, reliable house and pet sitter easy and we found the perfect match for our Wally! The whole process, from booking to payment and follow up was simple and convenient .
My cat sitter, Sydney, took great care of my geriatric cat. I received daily updates on Cleo along with pictures. Rover was easy to book and submit payment, and offered customer support if I were to have any issues. Completely satisfied and am recommending to my large group of pet parent friends.
Leon and his crew were very flexible when I needed to schedule around someone else's schedule. Duke and Ginger were very well taken care of and enjoyed the playdate. We will definitely be returning.
Thanks,
Dallas
They find very caring and trustworthy people to take care of my pets for me while I am gone. The ones I have hired so far have been excellent.
It was such a great experience. I needed to go out of town and I found the perfect dog sitter. He was great. My dog was happy and I didn't have to worry about anything.
My experience was great because the caregiver, Clarice, was attentive, thoughtful and kind to my three dogs.
I love using Rover! The updates and photos keep me completely in the loop, and it gives me so much peace of mind. I really appreciate how easy it is to check in and check out. Such a great experience every time!
Rover offers training for biting. My newly rescued dog bit a friend who came into our home unannounced and stuck their hand in the door. We all went for a walk after and our dog was perfectly fine with them, but I requested training from Rover to be safe.
Rover asked for details about the bite, I gave them the details, and they closed my entire account. When I called for information, they said that it's their policy.
I now cannot use Rover for any services with my other dog, who has never bitten anyone.
I guess the moral of this story is to be careful with being honest with Rover.

The ease of the Website/App. Communication was fantastic with Amanda. The entire process was great, felt very much at ease with our dog being well cared for. I would highly recommend Rover to pet lovers
Quick responses to questions, also the pet sitter was excellent so I imagine she had been thoroughly vetted by you
I was charged for a schedule for this week that I did not put in or approve and then when I went to cancel it I was not able to. It’s canceled for the following week. Makes no sense.

Wenchi is the best! Our elderly cat loves her so much! She did a great job communicating with us while we were on vacation.
Rover made our dog sitting process so much easier and quicker.
Alexandra was tremendous in the care for my boy Milo. Lots of updates always kept me in the loop while I was away. I felt very comfortable leaving him in her care. She is fantastic.! I highly recommend she gets a raise.! a well deserved one!
I just had my first experience using Rover, and now I am hooked. I love the detailed updates on my pets, complete with pictures and progress reports on whether they’ve each eaten and pottied. The sitter was phenomenal and well-equipped to handle our large crew of animals. I think it’s great that we can communicate through the app as a secure form of messaging. The price is steep, but you get everything you pay for - most importantly, peace of mind. I didn’t have to worry about my friend or relative flaking out on me a few days before our vacation. I hate burdening friends to watch my pets all the time, anyway. This is a great app and I will definitely be using it again.
Lots of choices of sitters good background vetting . Great sitters experience
