We bought a bed with hard mattress two…
We bought a bed with hard mattress two years ago which got very soft in just after a year. After first time being in contact with the company, I wrote a negative review here and then the company kindly contacted me to help out with this issue. After a dialogue telling me that they will send us a new mattresses which we were really happy about, they pull back all promises back and tell us that they are unable to deliver to Denmark Copenhagen ( We lived in Stockholm when we first bought). What a poor service and managing customer expectations.

It’s only the small top madrass that needs to be fixed , otherwise the bed is light and beautiful
Not satisfied atall , I threw ok best old bed and wanted abit small bed , the bed I received sinks in and bends in between, separating me to the other side and my partner to the other ! I contacted them and wanted me to transport it back or pay around 2500kr nt sure for transportation which I was going thought was unfair , I did nt have that money by then and yeah I’m stuck with abed I’m not satisfied with cos the 60 days given to change have already gone out !
