I am very happy that I chose Savicki to purchase a ring for my future fiancée. The service was excellent. A staff member contacted me by phone and she was extremely helpful. She gave me great guidance and ideas to help me choose the right ring size and style. The ring I had originally chosen would not have arrived in time for the surprise, and she did everything possible to help me select another ring that was just as beautiful and would arrive on time. I would like to thank her for the time she spent and for all the support she provided. Amazing service and highly recommended!

Our 'black gold' wedding rings (rudenium plated white gold) tarnished within 6 months of getting them delivered. The Rudenium wore off in patches and scratches like a cheap paint. The only solution they gave us is to have them shipped and re-coated in Poland but that would mean not wearing our wedding bands a few months every half year...

The customer service is polite, professional service and customer-oriented as it should be. The prices are pretty high though but it is good quality overall.

I had a great experience with them. I needed to return the jewellery, and the process was quick and hassle-free—I received my refund within a couple of days. The customer support, both during my purchase and afterwards, was excellent.

I’m disappointed with Savicki. Communication after the purchase was poor, and my emails were ignored. Even though I purchased a higher-value item as a gift, they failed to resolve the issue or respond properly. I cannot recommend this store. A luxury jewelry shop should handle customer care much more professionally.

I have found amazing ring. I got amazing costumer support about official stamp and delivery time. Delivered 15-20 days in Croatia as expected.
Quality of golden ring is high quality such as diamond. Without any issue with ring.

I don’t usually write reviews, but SAVICKI truly deserves one. I ordered an engagement ring – there was a slight delay (probably because it was an order for a personalized project), but I was personally contacted by a board member, Mr. Radosław Gołębski, which really impressed me. That level of care is rare these days.

To be honest, I was a bit concerned at first because of some negative reviews I had seen online. But in my case, those concerns turned out to be unfounded – or perhaps the company has genuinely improved since then. They gave me the best deal on the ring I wanted (which they didn't have in their regular range but made especially for me). That's exactly why I decided to go with them.

The ring itself is stunning – even more beautiful in person, with precise craftsmanship, a clear 750 stamp, and sparkling diamonds. Packaging was elegant and gift-ready, with certificates and a modern, sturdy box.

Ms. Roxana, who is the sales agent for Croatia, is very kind and responds quickly to emails. She can also send you a free measuring device so you can measure your girlfriend's existing ring.

Despite the delay, the whole experience felt professional and trustworthy. If you're looking for something special and want to feel valued as a customer – SAVICKI delivers.

I have bought a ring from savicki knowing that i can return it in 120 days. After one month i returned it without even using it but they refused to take it... I see that you are not honest with your customers and people should be aware before buying from you.

Kupiłem pierścionek od savicki wiedząc, że mogę go zwrócić w ciągu 120 dni. Po miesiącu zwróciłem go nawet nie używając, ale odmówili przyjęcia... Widzę, że nie jesteś uczciwy wobec swoich klientów i ludzie powinni być tego świadomi, zanim coś u ciebie kupią.

I purchased a beautiful engagement ring at the very last second. Thanks to the amazing customer service (Roxana), they were able to manufacture the ring in a few days and get it to me in plenty of time before christmas! Truly extraordinary service….thank you 🙏

Really great customer support. Purchased the engagement ring from here and we were really pleased with it. Half a year later, we decided to purchase our wedding rings as well after getting a call from a counselor. We are really pleased with the products and service (communication & quality), as well as the unique models.

Nothing is good with this manufacturer.
They make promises and the will leave you out in the sun. Is 16th of October and the wedding is on 20. I’ve ordered 2 wedding rings in July they came in a month or so … too small.
My wife’s wedding ring was not compatible with her engagement ring, so in order to make things match we sent back de engagement ring and the wedding rings in order to be replaced that was in August 23rd. Since then the rings are still in manufacturing area. I’ve even came with a plan B in order to get the rings in time. But the lady from sales department kept telling me that the rings are on time. After I realized they will not be ready for the event, I asked several times to send back the engagement ring so I could buy a matching ring from local stores. They keep telling me everything will be okay.
So here we are, frustrated angry, my wife absolutely devastated because is human nature to attach to meaningful things.
Ruined our preparation, our mood etc.
Not the first time though, with the engagement ring I ordered black gold with black central diamond . It arrived too small… send it back for resize came back white gold with central black diamond. It was a happy mistake because actually it was looking better. So we settled that.
Looking back I would not recommend to anyone else to buy from them.
I’m sure they do some of the orders right, but be aware that there is a risk for getting trough what I described here.
For me don’t want to get trough this again.
Took years of my lifetime , hopefully I’ll get the engagement ring back and my money. But no money is enough to forget this experience.

I had an unpleasant experience. I ordered an engagement ring, but since the size was wrong, I requested it to be resized. I sent it back to them, and they told us it would take 16 days—lies! It took a month, also I sent the ring in the original box but they sent it in another box, I am not referring to the păcate, but the box I was proposed with...they sent me a ugly one, I wanted back the original one.

We ordered wedding ring that was supposed to be with normal white diamonds and because of the mistake of employees it has black diamonds so we had to return it and wait for replacement. Replacement should take two weeks max and took almost four and then we picked up the ring five days before our wedding and.... the ring was too small... SO BIG MESS THERE, THEY JUST MAKE MISTAKES ALL THE TIME.

Savicki has the most beautiful jewelery, earings with sapphires are awesome. There is helpful chat on website. Delivery is fast, package is elegant and fragnant. It has been a pleasure

I didn't give 5 star review, because firstly I asked remotely about possibilities of creating a specific ring (with lab diamonds) and it was negative. I've decided to go personally to the store and it came out that creation of the ring that I asked is possible. So inside communication should be looked at. Later there were no problems with resizing the ring and giving it an engrave (both included in the price).
