The bins are always overflowing with dumped household waste the supposed tamper proof does not work and the poor shopping centre cleaners who have nothing to do with this donation for profit group get constantly blamed for the mess. I'm a regular to Deception Bay Market Square and have noticed the pick ups have lessened or forgotten.

Seems like a great service in theory but they took items from my neighbours house instead of what I have left out as specified. The houses are clearly numbered so it’s pretty frustrating, especially as you list what is being left out and the number of bags at booking. I’m not able to get anyone on the phone and I’m moving house tomorrow so all pretty annoying.

Plenty of drop off points around my area to donate clothing.

The service was very good, booking was easy. I received a reminder closer to the date. Only reason I didn't give full marks was because the date of pick up had to move to next day due to capacity. But I was kept well informed and worked out.

It was great to have a Homecycle collection that took items such as worn/torn clothing and old VHS tapes that would normally end up in the rubbish bin.
The items were collected as scheduled.
It would be good if the Council continued with the Homecycle service to stop unwearable clothing and unwanted household items ending up in landfill.

Having quite a collection of clothes ready to be loved again the offer by Homecycle was timely.
My bags of clothes were collected on time. And I was kept informed along the way.

The Homecycle experience was a good experience for us and all our goods were collected. Whenever I had questions, the admin team were very helpful and responsive. I think the Homecycle is an excellent option to help clear out and donate goods.

I'm very happy! The crew accurately kept me informed about collection times, and the were polite & informative. Glad to know my items didn't end up in land fill and were reused or recycled. Hope you are able to keep this useful service going.

Very efficient and collected the recycling bags put out on the day indicated! The best thing is you also collected the wear and torn clothes for recycling!!

This was such a great service. It booked up very quickly, but the Homecycle team were very helpful in taking my details, then contacting me when there was a cancellation. Great communication re the pickup timing and helpful website details re what could be recycled (and how it would be). So happy to be able to recycle worn clothing items in particular, and so conveniently!

A very good service, but did not happen until the day after the booking.

Great service and easy to order, no fuss pick up. Would use for regular refresh as the kids grow up.
