Literally just unpacked my first order.
First. Amazing packaging. Poly lined fleece insulation, dry ice packs(careful, don't touch, they're at -78°C🥶)and cardboard separator.
Second. The fish was rock solid, hard as a brick frozen even after hours in transit.
Third. I ordered Tilapia fillets, Red Snapper fillets and Skin on Haddock loins. All beautifully trimmed and looking so fresh. All nice big portions, too.
Fourth. Slick website, simple ordering/paying procedure and fantastic after sales service that starts as soon as you order.
Fifth. Rhoda the Sales Manager. Amazeballs! Have exchanged quite a few emails, she sorts everything in a flash and, because I live nearby, she's invited me for a cuppa!
Sixth. The prices are unbeatable bearing in mind that the fish is far fresher than anything on a fishmonger's slab, such great quality and beautifully prepped and trimmed.
Wot's not to like?

Received my first order today. First class service and top quality fish. Very smooth ordering, fast delivery, will now be a regular customer.

Brilliant service and delicious food.
First encountered Seafresh during the pandemic when my husband, my disabled daughter and myself were totally isolated. Saw advert for Seafresh and decided to order some food. Since then I am a “dedicated follower”. My orders are always beautifully packed, delivered promptly and, of course , the food is always delicious.
Rhoda and Jeff have been very kind to us and I will always be grateful for the care and kindness they have shown, together with wonderful efficiency.
I cannot recommend Seafresh enough.

This was my first experience ordering from Seafresh and it was very positive. I had a query on delivery date and they sorted it immediately. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience and quality of the goods. I will definitely use them again.

Staff are very helpful. Very co-operative on delivries to make sure you get stuff delivered when you want. Food is top quality.

Amazing produce and company and customer service
This company stands out to me as one of if not the best I have ever had contact with. Their produce is wonderful quality and any questions are answered personally and at speed including weekends and evenings. They helped me resolve a problem with my payment, still got the goods out to me on time and even included a gift of some chicken nuggets. I highly highly recommend them and 99% of companies should take a leaf out of their book. Thankyou

An amazing company. Rhoda cares passionately about the products and ensuring an excellent customer experience. I have a histamine intolerance so plenty of options to allow me to eat normally again. The product are excellent quality and convenient deliveries that are able to remain outside all day without defrosting. Often they have offers when you get a small sample for free which is a lovely touch and way of getting to know different products. Words arnt enough, try it yourself to get the full experience.

SEAFRESH produce is absolutely amazing. I developed a histamine intolerance as part of long COVID and have been relying on their low histamine chicken and fish for the past year (I could not have managed without it). The portion sizes are very generous and the quality is second to none. Their salmon fillets are the best I have ever tasted. Together with the excellent customer service, eco-friendly credentials plus prompt and reliable delivery - I cannot rate them highly enough. The only place where I am buying fish from! You can definitely be sure it's fresh fish/fillets. I would never buy from supermarkets. Even frozen fish from supermarkets are much lower quality amd much smaller portions.
We love the salmon portions, tuna stakes and more! Frozen meat it's amazing too.
Packaging is perfect with simple instructions how to cook fish etc.
All arrives well packed and insulated and on dry ice.
Customer service is great, simply the best.
We have been customers for number of years now and never had a problem, thanks a lot!

The fish whilst a little more expensive is worth paying the extra for to get such high qualility, tasty and histamine free which is important for me.
