Well Seel is the real deal. i had a package delivered to the wrong address and I had to contact the delivery company to investigate once they've concluded, I was directed to the shipper and they directed me to Seel, A protection i added with my purchase. I Provided them with details of emailed photos for evidence of the delivery company at fault and the shipper company apologizing and directing me to Seel to file for a refund. In Conclusion I was Refunded.

My wife ordered dresses through Wallis- £21.64 was added onto my bill by Seel for no worry returns no matter the reason including not fitting which you only see after placing your order.
I received my dresses but they didnt fit but I had problems using Wallis' return portal so I contacted Seel, I was then informed I could only get a refund if my parcel was lost or damaged. I was told that even though I paid £21.64 for this "Insurance" the dresses I ordered didn't fall into the worry free returns no matter the reason. This is false and misleading selling - they give you 24 hours to cancel but do not tell you that only certain parts of their policy cover your items. Disgusting.

It takes a whole month to get any resolution. even if you have the documentation to prove the issue, you still have to wait a month.
A refund requires a paypal or venmo account, as the direct deposit(ACH) fails. they will not refund you to your original payment method or cut a check to be mailed.

As of right now I can not track my backage at all. When I try to go to the site provided under the tracking numbers I see web error. I know my internet system and I know its not on my side. Since I've ordered its been one thing after another. I order the same product from amazon and it arrived already.... sad when a company in the US get beat by amazon.
