The reason for 3 stars is that I cannot be sure if Diebetyn does what is written on the packet yet; early days. I hope it works as I am tired of prescribed medications upsetting my gut.

This company keeps to its word

I have ordered from this company a few times now. I like them because they stick to their word when a product does not work. As indicated on their website they actually will refund for a product that doesn't work. However I have found that the Diabetyn does seem to lower my lunchtime blood sugar reading after taking it before my breakfast and therefore I have ordered more packs of this product.

Worst company I have ever dealt with

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Made an order on the 6th of December and its now the 30th of January and still no order delivered. I have requested a refund 3 times now and still nothing from the company about my money back.
Stay away from them, do not order or pay money to them.

Stay clear of this company -Not an Irish Company as website claims

I placed an order on the 5th of January.My order was meant to be delivered in 8 days.I have still not received my order as of 30th Jan 2026.Customer service emails keep saying it's due to bad conditions at sea but I believe this is nonsense.I will be requesting a refund but judging by other reviews I am only seeing now, I am probably wasting my time along with the money I paid for this order .

The website looks like this company is based in Ireland but is actually from Slovenia.
