Quick, Helpful, and Super Friendly!

Very good support

We started using shipmondo about a month ago. As always when switching to a new system there will be some hick-ups. But Shipmondo have a great support team that has given us excellent help and solved all the issues that we had.

The one-time setup fee you’re referring to covers the implementation of your own shipping agreements (carriers), which is still part of the solution. It’s a task we carry out to ensure that everything is set up correctly and that data is exchanged securely and accurately with the carriers.

The new subscription, however, provides access to advanced features, ongoing development, technical maintenance, and the support and guidance we offer every day. Over the years, we’ve built a strong and user-friendly platform that handles complex workflows, large volumes of data, and a wide range of integrations, which requires continuous investment.

That’s why we’ve chosen to introduce a subscription model, to ensure that we can continue to develop and deliver the quality our users expect.

Introducing subscriptions allows us to better support a growing set of features and more complex use cases, while still offering a free option for those with simpler needs.

The price you are referring to is our Shipmondo Pro plan paid monthly. Remember when paying annually, you get a 20% discount. Something worth considering perhaps.

I’d actually like to talk to you directly about your specific needs and see how we can help you get the most value out of the features in the plan that fits your needs.
