We do offer free returns, but this applies when the issue is on our end for example, if we sent the wrong product, shipped an incorrect order, or delivered a defective item. In those cases, we cover the return shipping cost in full.

However, if a customer chooses to return an item due to a change of mind or preference, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. This is standard practice across most international e-commerce businesses.

It’s also important to clarify that the return fee shown in the portal does not go to us. The amount displayed (such as the UPS quote mentioned) is generated directly by the carrier based on international shipping rates, weight, and destination. That payment goes to the courier service, not to Siraat. We do not add fees or profit from return shipping costs.

We understand that international return shipping can be expensive, and we always try to be transparent about this in our publicly available return policy.

If there is any misunderstanding about your specific case, we encourage you to reach out again with your order number so we can review it carefully. We’re here to help and want to ensure everything is handled fairly and in line with our policy.

Avoiding high heat, as excessive temperatures can cause food to stick or leave marks on the surface.

Letting proteins (such as eggs, fish, or steak) naturally release from the surface before turning them, rather than forcing them off.

When used this way, our pans are designed to deliver excellent non-stick performance without any chemical coatings.

Regarding your concerns about warping and defects:
We take product quality very seriously. All Siraat pans undergo rigorous internal testing and quality checks, and we hold relevant certifications to support the materials and manufacturing standards we claim. If a genuine defect occurs, our customer service team works with customers on a case-by-case basis in line with both our policies and applicable consumer protections.

Regarding similar-looking pans on Temu, Amazon, or other marketplaces:
We want to be very clear that products sold on platforms like Temu or by third-party sellers on Amazon that look similar to ours are not affiliated with Siraat. Many of these are inexpensive replicas or coated products marketed as “titanium,” but they are not made to our specifications, standards, or quality controls. Our pans are manufactured to a much higher standard, use pure titanium construction, and are independently tested accordingly.

We respect your decision to pursue a chargeback through your bank, and we understand that you acted in what you believed was your best interest. At the same time, we remain confident in the quality and authenticity of our products and in the integrity of our brand.

Perform the water test
After preheating, add a few drops of water to the pan.

If the water forms small balls and dances across the surface, your pan is ready.

If the water evaporates immediately, the pan is too hot.

If the water just sits still, the pan is not hot enough yet.

Please wait until you clearly see the water “dancing” before adding oil or food.

Cook only after the pan is ready
Once the water test is successful, add a small amount of oil if desired and begin cooking. This ensures even heat distribution and minimizes sticking.
