I bought the back in 2022 and I bought the prism II specs came with had issues with it 6 months in with the 3080 ti Nvidia gpu. lucky the warranty covers it as it comes with one year warranty. Warranty process takes a very long time I have to box it myself and even had to used my own box and protectors the ship the pc. They don’t provide it for you. They don’t even take a long time to follow up with you. Took 5 business days for me to get a follow up from someone from the company for assistance meaning I didn’t had pcs for days because weekends don’t count. Decided to upgrade and I bought a new pc in 2025 from this company. Bought the king 95 again the hardware went out this time the ram. Again customer support and took a long time to assist as well as I had to dealing with shipping including carrying the 80lb box to ups store and I had no pc access for like 5 weeks. My experience with this company their hardware is very poor quality and the customer service is very slow. My new pc will not be a Skytech pc anymore I need something better. So this is just a review from the past 4 years experience using a Skytech prebuilt pc and using their support. I don’t recommend any serious gamer to use a Skytech pc for their new pc

I was having an issue controlling my RGB lights. Andrew from tech support was so knowable and helpful. He did an excellent job fixing it and showing me everything I needed to know. Best tech support I have ever received.

Andre has spent the last 3 days helping me with my PC. I got a new PC and am really not good with computers. Andre spent multiple calls making sure my PC is running smoothly. He ran tests, optimized my system, and explained so much to me from our calls. Andre did not have to assist me to the extent that he did but I genuinely mean it when I say I cannot say enough about the support he gave me. Thank you Andre for all the help and giving me significant peace of mind with my new PC and helping me get it to run properly.

I was able to talk with Clay about what computer out of the options I was looking at would be the best value for my budget and get the strongest computer, which I think we did. I was tempted to go with the azure 3 for the more appealing design, however the Nebula won over for the stronger build. I am happy to have a warranty and am looking forward to my first ever PC.

Skytech built me a great computer at a great price. I had a minor issue with the computer that they went above and beyond to address. Thank you Skytech, you have a new customer for life.

Was called over billing and shipping address difference which i thought was a major step in protecting your customer to make sure no foul play. Received as advertised in professional grade box excellent packing job to protect from the shipping process. Received my free controller and everything seems 110 percent brand new no scam bait n switch. They offer a decently priced protection plan for 3 years although you do get 1 yr free. Excellent time table excellent customer service.

This computer has been everything I've been needing for a while. Setting it up was very easy with their instructions. And there is very little bulkware. ( some smaller things in windows maybe )
They didn't mention to plug in the monitor to the actual NVidia card instead of the motherboards card. Big oversight. But I quickly solved my issue when discovered. Not everyone would notice this mistake and probably should be a part of the instructions.
Another seems to be a Wi-Fi/Ethernet conflict that only showed up when i was playing a game. I used Gemini to solve the problem on my own.
There were a couple other minor technicalities i needed to resolve. But their site provided the info i needed or were a special consideration to my own necessities. Once i got those out of the way, this runs like a beast!

Super happy with my purchase. Components were well assembled, and the PC booted up properly. While not required to be included, the extra pieces that weren't used in the case were included. The information folder with the quick start guide was a nice touch as well. PC is performing well above expectations.

Two things really made this experience great. First was finally seeing my PC in person after wanting one for years. I’ve been eyeing a setup like this since I was younger, so that moment alone meant a lot.
The most important part, though, was the customer service — especially Ryan. He was a huge help and clearly knows his stuff. When my computer ran into a memory issue, he helped get it resolved quickly with a replacement and made the whole process stress-free. If you ever need help with your Skytech PC, I’d definitely recommend asking for Ryan. As he consistently demonstrates deep knowledge and a commitment to solving problems efficiently.

I recently purchased the Skytech O11 Vision gaming PC from SkyTech Gaming, equipped with an NVIDIA RTX 5080 graphics card and a Ryzen 7 processor. Overall, the computer runs well and looks nice right out of the box. The build itself looks clean and professionally assembled, and performance so far has been solid and doing what I expected.
However, I did run into a few concerns during unboxing. When I opened the box, I noticed a large crack on the top of the case from the inside. While removing the internal protective foam, I also found three screws loose inside the case. That part was definitely concerning, especially for a new PC at this price point.
I normally do not leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience because I was genuinely excited to receive this PC. I recently purchased the Skytech O11 Vision gaming PC from SkyTech Gaming, equipped with an NVIDIA RTX 5080 graphics card and a Ryzen 7 processor. This was a big upgrade for me coming from a laptop that I had been using for school, work, and gaming, so I was really looking forward to this purchase.
Right out of the box, the computer looks great and appears well built. The internal setup looks clean and professionally assembled, and performance so far has been solid and meeting my expectations.
That said, I did have some concerns during unboxing. When I opened the box, I noticed a large crack on the top of the case from the inside. While removing the protective foam from inside the PC, I also found three screws loose inside the case. Finding loose hardware inside a brand new system was definitely concerning, especially at this price point.
As of now, the PC is running decent and I am satisfied with the performance overall. I just wish the system had arrived without damage or loose parts, particularly since the total cost was around $3,500. When someone spends that kind of money on a computer, they expect it to arrive in perfect condition.
I also think it is important for people spending this amount of money on a PC to hear honest feedback from a recent buyer. My experience has been positive in terms of performance, but the condition of the case upon arrival was disappointing.

I can finally play high graphic games such as mecha break and arknight: endfield on pc without lowering graphic settings. Everything is running smoothly for now. If something breaks, I will let you know.

Fantastic customer service and very competitive pricing. As long as I dont run into any issues down the road I'll definitely be recommending them to my friends looking for a new pre built.
