I'm sorry about this problem.
A slight difference between the model for medium flow and the one for abundant flow is normal. This is because the absorption zone is different in each model and takes up more or less space in the panties.
It's important that the panty fits snugly to support every movement and prevent leaks.
The material has a lot of sheathing power when first worn, but don't worry, it tends to soften afterwards so that it doesn't move around any more. Nevertheless, it's important that you feel comfortable in your panties. Please note that you can exchange the size within 30 days of receipt : https://smoon-lingerie.com/pages/demander-un-retour
However, it is not normal for there to be a difference in size between knickers of the same model.

I had ordered three the same panties…
I had ordered three the same panties but how ever , just one was the right one. I mailed with 'service client swoon'. Sophie was very helpfull. I had to take some pictures of my delivery and I received a returnlabel to return the wrong panties and now just a week later I already received the ordered panties. So I'am verry happy that it went so easy. Sophie even answers in the weekend. So thank you swoon :-).
