The website is a scam, a fraud. The website appeared when I was on the Facebook Marketplace searching for pianos; it appeared as a sponsor and offered an item. I clicked on it and it took me to the LIDL page... I placed an order thinking I was ordering from a website of a well-known European retail company, LIDL. The website has the same format, colors, logo...everything! Identical to the European retail company's website, and I thought I was buying from their site.
I ordered a piano on October 30th, not expensive... I paid! I received confirmation emails, order updates EVERY DAY, until yesterday when it was marked as delivered...and nothing, not a sign of the order! I've already called possible delivery companies in my city and they know nothing! The money was withdrawn from the credit card, of course....I've already spoken to the bank, canceled the card, but....neither money nor package. Please be careful not to make these types of purchases.
