I ordered shapewear 3 weeks before a wedding and received the package when the wedding was over. I wanted to return my items and had to wait over 2 weeks for it to be approved. The email with the approved return states that they will send/email a return slip within the next few days if you haven't already received it. I've now been waiting for the shipping slip for over 1 week, disaster! I will never order from here again such poor service

Feeling Snatched!
The products were great, they’re keeping their words, you’re gettin snatched. I’m a size XS/34 and ordered XS/S, and they’re VERY tight. They couldn’t been any smaller if they were to fit me.
The delivery were not great, but that’s not the shop’s fault, that’s on the delivery company. It took 3 weeks and not 3 days, which the store advertised, before I got my order.

Late delivery, wrong information from customer service
Ordered because they promised fast delivery and was for my wedding. Ordered July 4th, item was sent July 22nd according to carrier's tracking. Customer service had no control but claimed it was sent July 10th. Which was the date the shipment was registered as an upcoming shipment from Snatched and marked as sent on my order update site with them. Received it on July 29th. In addition had to pay customs.

Not worth the money
I was quite disappointed to be honest. Ordered my bodysuit by their size chart and the suit is so small, I was barely able to put it on, was scared I'll break the damn thing. Uncomfortable fabric, not soft, not for sensitive skin. Wasn't able to breath in it so total waste of money. I'm 169 cm/75 kg and I ordered XL/XXL.

Product as expected
Product as expected, but the delivery was way too long considering its beeing marketed as a Norwegian product with 2-6 days delivery. Almost took a month, beeing shipped via the Netherlands and i had to pay customs which is weird considered its supposed to be a Norwegian product
