I’ve been a loyal customer of Stoker's Ice Long Cut for many years and have always been satisfied with their service—until now.
Several weeks ago, I placed my usual order through their website and promptly completed the payment. However, the order has yet to arrive. I’ve reached out multiple times via email in both English and German, but I have not received a single response.
I understand that delivery delays can occur, but a complete lack of communication is unacceptable. As a long-standing customer, I expected at least an acknowledgment or update regarding the issue.
Regrettably, unless this matter is resolved promptly and satisfactorily, I will not be placing any further orders.

Forget them
These guys are not able to deliver on time. It happened twice that I had to remind them of my order 1 week after the order and their reply was like "sorry, something went wrong with the logistics". Well, the delivery arrived a few days later. I wonder what happened without contacting them...
