i just fished one of these old keys out of my emails and it still works!, very cheap Windows keys, you can even reuse them.

this is a scam, so don't waste your money or time. The keys that they will send you are NOT recognised by Microsoft. None of the Microsoft phone numbers are legit, and Microsoft will NOT assist you. Then you need to try to get your money back, change credit cards etc. . . . Just don't do it.

We purchased that license that was not working, we asked for help still not working, then we asked for refund they just ignored us. We lost money for nothing. Tried to contact by email and phone call but no answer. Live chat is not helpful (Did not know their own business hour). Never recommended to use this website.

The advert stated it includes 5GB onedrive (main reason why I purchased this item). Will not let me activate it and had no luck with customer service.

This is a clone site of softkeys.uk, AKA Productkeys.uk run by a "Shawn Verna" apparently based in Australia.
Been buying from them for years, loads of problems but he always tried to resolve. In 2025 they went totally rogue - sending fake / used keys, or sending 3 when you ordered 6. Such a pity, he used to be good. Avoid them, you will lose your money like I did.

Selected wrong version of software, yes this was my error but... they did not send the key straight away. so I emailed many times asking to cancel my order to buy the right one and also used the chat function which said cancelling was possible as no key had been sent. it was over 3 days, they ignored all communication and still sent the key after which no refund is possible. Shady. i will never use them again.

Good luck sorting issues with this supplier of software. Purchased office pro plus. Paying was the easy but had security issues. So I tried to ask questions.

They have AI which is enough to upset any new customer. This is particularly because when they do put you through. No one enters chat. 3 times no humans attend chat.

Now I am trying to get a refund with no answers.

Ordered a windows 11 Pro. Worked for over a year and then suddenly one day stopped working and was shown as invalid. When contacting customer support they stated that I had bought my key a while ago and so there was nothing they could do. When I asked if there was a time limit on how long the keys were valid for there was no answer, just a link to buy another one.
This does not make me feel confident in ever buying from them again as I have no assurance that any software keys would remain valid over time, and that customer support would be helpful in any way with issues.

Bought Office 2016 - charged 31$

No activation keys sent and no way to contact them either.

Paid 30$ but received a very sketchy .exe file in my email that I need to run as administrator, no thanks.

Just bought a Win 11 Pro Key from SoftwareG and sure enough the supplied key comes up as Invalid when trying to Upgrade Win 11 Home to Win 11 Pro

I should have known better... The worst part is I was smart enough to use a Everyday Mastercard from OZ Post, so as not to risk one of my primary credit cards but when you then login to the Mastercard system, there is NO WAY to mark the transaction as Fraudulent & calling the Philippine Call Centre to stop the Pending transaction is even more useless...

Selling dodgy Microsoft product keys that don't work and very poor customer service, would not buy anything from them again.

I bought a license office 2024 product key and when I entered the product key and went through all the updates it told me the license had already expired. This company is fraudulent, left several messages, goes to message bank. Written to them a few times - no response at all. Tried the live on-line and no one's home. They not honest and just wish to take your money. There is no support because there is no company only a fraud.

I emailed them and they responded after a few hours asking for the message received when I put the license in but I had already bought a different one from another company that actually worked and just wanted a refund. I’m trying to get my money back but they have not responded.

I purchased a copy of Microsoft365 that was to have had the OneDrive access included with the purchase. I got the key very quickly - within about 15 minutes after ordering, but the OneDrive access was not working.

I tried emailing the various email addresses that I got emails from - there were 3! - and didn't get a reply. I followed up with those emails and waited a few more days, and still no response.

I went to their site and used the chat feature and said I needed to speak with a human to get the OneDrive access to be provisioned, as per Microsoft's help pages, and was told a human would get back to me, but after waiting two days and no response coming, it doesn't seem like they have a desire to actually service the clients they get.

Overall, I am very bothered with the purchase and the lack of follow up support and will need to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back for a product that was not delivered as advertised.

These guys are a scam. They have zero service and block your calls from coming through. Buyer beware!!!
