Sparekassen danmark is an amazing bank. The bank advisors are so helpful, easy to talk to and quick to answer.
They definitely help make my life easier when it comes to finances and super helpful with selling and buying out apartment. Cannot recommend enough

Excellent service once you get in contact. Always had quick, easy to understand, informative replies to enquiries.

For those who experience it, inactive accounts can get temporarily closed (frozen? locked?) and it is a headache to get in contact because the online messaging do not work anymore. (They will get in contact if you leave review here.)

Hopefully this will be fixed in the future, to make for an even smoother experience.

I am a customer for more than a year, and always enjoyed the bank. All the questions and requests answered fast and professionally. The app is continuously developing and got improved. Can highly recommend the bank.

I changed my bank to Sparekassen as it was much easier to get a loan there. Everything was very easy and straight forward. Oliver from this bank helped me a lot and he is very nice person and always helps me very fast and easy. I really like this bank and their customer service.

It would have been more appropriate to remind your colleague to contact me as soon as possible.

Professional and friendly banking relationship. Moving from London, we're not used to having such a personal relationship with a bank, but that's what we have received from Oliver Rosenkilde and his team at Sparekassen. Oliver and his team provide us with valuable counsel and advice. Correspondence with Oliver has been prompt, cordial and informative. We never had to deal with a robot, always a person and always the same person - Oliver. we wish more " premier financial institution" would follow their lead and return to the good old days of personal banking.

We recently moved to Denmark and had to pick a bank. Coming from Canada we had that expectation with banks.

When we got to pick this bank we got Cille Severin Sørensen as our representative and that just made it so special!

She has been the best bank advisor we have had in the 3 countries and 5 banks we have been with.

She is always available to answer the questions, she accommodates to our schedule (which no one else ever does), she takes the time to explain things, and most importantly she help us with all we need.

So far I don't have complaints with the bank, but I can say I'm so happy to have Cille with us!

Only regarding exchange currency.
Don’t ever exchange currency at this bank. If you go to airport and exchange, you can even get more money out in your own pocket.
2024.11.18 apparently JPY to DKK is 0.0509. Despite their app says 0.0459, Even forex says 0.049 now.
However my bank advisor here is probably the best among all the others I have ever met.

We use to be the member of this bank. While buying our apartment we had to leave the bank due to the bad service experience and cooperation.

We value the bank, so I hope this feedback can help improve future interactions.

I've joined Sparekassen Danmark only recently, and so far the experience was quite good. I think the biggest advantage is to have a personal banker that you can always contact and solutions that are tailored to your specific needs.
Especially with the emergence of AIs, it still gives a level of confidence when it is a person on the other side.
