Having a very frustrating experience…
Having a very frustrating experience with the product. The pod never shows up on the bluetooth list on my phone and is hit and miss as to when it connects/pairs. The academy app doesnt have background maps available yet so I was told to use the Apex app until this issue is sorted. Logged out of academy app and loaded the apex app. The apex app says that the pod should show a pairing code which you enter on the apex app. No code shows up on the Pod. Basically the pod I have is not fit for purpose at present. As it stands, I would not recommend purchasing.
Really poor customer service.
I ordered the Academy package including HR monitor.
The first issue, the Tracker would not connect to a phone, we then tried multiple phones, followed countless instructions to reset the tracker, none of which worked. Statsports then asked us to send the tracker back.
However the biggest issue is the customer service.
This can only be done via email, the responses are slow, I have had to chase up several times, and to date I have sent the tracker back, no acknowledgement Statsport have received it, no replacement has arrived.
I very much get the impression Academy users/individuals are second rate to team users.
This was a Christmas present for my son, which as if the 4th February he has not been able to use.
Statsport, if you read this please be proactive and respond to ticket no. 160827.

tracker will not connect and the factory reset is stuck in a loop or saying unpluggin to init, when the 30 seconds runs out it tell me its charging without any cable in it.

Good service, quick replying, politeness, easy instructions, good communication between members of the staff so they come back to you with essential info and answers to your issue!

I had a difficulties with delivery. My order wasn't delivered at the specified address. It was the courier fault and the STATSports was ready to send the new item istead.
In 2 days the parcel was found and delivered. This means the company is ready to do its best to solve problems.

I’m not convinced, it’s really hard to get the thing connected, tonight is first time it did , and the feedback on it is lousy, unless we arnt using it correctly. It’s a lot of money and so confusing to use. Very disappointed

I ordered a set for my son to be delivered to Poland as a Christmas gift on December 16, 2025, paying extra for express shipping.
On December 18, I received a shipping notification.
In the meantime, any attempts to contact customer support by email were met with the same trivial response: “Due to increased pre-holiday traffic, responses may be delayed.”
In 2025? What a farce...
An order with paid express delivery arrived on December 29, 2025.
The set is now lying unused in a corner, because neither my son nor I have the heart to even turn it on.
I have already booked a courier for this coming Monday and will be returning the product.
At this price point, the level of customer service is a mockery.

The tracker hasn’t tracked a session…
The tracker hasn’t tracked a session since October I’ve been messaging back and forth for a resolution but to no avail! I’ve sent 5 messages since 19th December an no response so trying here! Disappointed as this isn’t a cheap product and it’s not working very very very poor customer service

Been ongoing issues
Been ongoing issues, delivery delayed until I chased and then goods turn up a couple of days later, doesn’t look right, no GPS signal nor does it pair. Back and forth with questions and answers, no response since 20/12/2025. I know it’s Christmas but very poor

Terrible customer service
Santa present for my 11 year old son who watched Harry Kane etc tell him how great this product was only to open it on Xmas morning and unable to pair it. Zero response to phone calls and several emails since then. Shocking customer service for such an expensive product.

Terrible experience
After giving a great review the last time, I find myself unable to replicate the same review this time around.
This morning I tried to set up the tracker, this has been paired with someone else!!!! Plus the charging lead in the box does not suit tracker!!!!! Very frustrated a couple of days before Christmas with this being the main gift.
